UK Power Networks Avis 

During a recent power cut, I signed up and quickly and easily. Received an explanation almost immediately . Regular updates - and apologies - received after that with an estimated time of fix. Excellent service and very easy to use.

UKPower we're super quick to reassure me when the power went down due to fault in a local facility. I was kept up to date at all times on the progress of the repair by very helpful and pleasant staff. We were back on line with power extremely quickly.

Every time UK Power Networks has been needed they have come up trumps.
Unfortunately over the ensuing years I have personally suffered from a few Power Cuts, and be it I have rang UK Power Networks or they rang me first their 1st class service, truly ! has not disappointed, totally professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and empathetic, well meaning and courteous.
Cannot fault the feedback when the power has come down, constant updates and always keeping one in the loop.
So overall an excellent service run by well meaning people.

Being kept abreast of power cuts and making people like me feel safe

When all the power went within a couple of minutes we received a text explaining the situation. These continued throughout the whole power cut. The name of the engineer team working at the location also sent updates
We were given an expected duration of the work to be completed. One hour before this all was fixed temporarily whilst further work and analysis of the fault was continued.

These guys handle power cuts very well. They keep you informed and get power back on as soon as possible.
Just wonder why there are so many power cuts, modern supply systems should not be failing on a regular basis. Can’t help but feel that there is a story in that but equally sure we will never know.
In summary, lovely people on the phone, texts etc. Just think that maybe there is a problem further up the chain.

When I returned home in the evening there was no power in the street or at home, after going online I had an update immediately and the work was carried out well before the estimated time - thank you

Well the fault was corrected quickly my only complaint is that is the third time this month that we have had a cut I am presuming that a switch keeps blowing out🤔can this be fixed so we don’t get so many cuts.

There was a power outage in my town last month and I'm glad to say I was in an area of town that was still connected and I knew that I could get up to date info on what was going on. Registered to get text updates and felt reassured by the regular texts that something was happening. Very impressed. Nice to know that, just occasionally, someone somewhere knows what they're doing.

As soon as the electricity went out, l received a text message saying that they were aware of the power cut and that they were working to resolve the problem. I was constantly kept up to date, so the service they provided was excellent.

We had a couple of short power outages recently where we live bur power networks kept us informed what went wrong and what steps they were taking to rectify the problem and communication was very good

Impressed with the speed and efficiency with which I’m notified if there is ever a problem. On-going up to date information and time-frames from them are much appreciated.
I emailed an enquiry and was surprised to get a phone call in reply and a follow-up one from them too. Seem to be a very ‘on the ball’ organisation.👏

Woke up recently to no power. A quick search and I logged on to UK Power Networks and typed in my postcode. I was given immediate information regarding the fault and could sign up to updates on this issue and any future issues. Excellent response time and regular updates. The power was back on before the estimated time. Can't fault this service. Thanks

It was a shame that we experienced a power cut but we were contacted promptly with and explanation and the service was restored within 3 minutes.
Apart from resetting a few clocks, all was back to normal.
