Lack of shipping info
Website hard to navigate. No estimated shipping times. Also, I felt tricked by the way shipping methods were conveyed. If another manufacturer had this style I would have ordered from them because of these reasons.

I was attempting to buy an item under the BOGO sale and the website was charging me for the 2nd free item. I then received an email from support that gave me a link to a corrected order summary. If that had not happened, I would not have completed the purchase.

You have ExpressCheck out with Apple Pay and PayPal however when you go the longer route to change information those options to pay are not available again only Visa MasterCard American Express blah blah blah blah blah it’s still should be an option after you put the address is it for shipping and billing

Simple designs, clever function and great value!
The simple, elegant designs of Umbra's storage items for jewelry and cosmetics are quite appealing to me because of my affinity for the perfect marriage of form and function. The cleverly designed boxes and racks allow me to organize the clutter of cosmetics and jewelry on the bathroom vanity. The GLAM Cosmetic organizer is perfect for all the little jars and bottles. My everyday jewelry is now easily accessible and neatly displayed on the TRIGEM Bracelet and Earring Bar. I've purchased several of these as gifts for friends this Christmas. The simple designs are aesthetically pleasing, cleverly designed and bring me joy!

My experience was very favorable
My experience was very favorable. My only thought was there was no indication on when my item would be delivered. At this time so close to Christmas it would have been helpful to have some idea when it would arrive. I ordered something else from Amazon for my family member in case my Umbra item doesn’t arrive on time. Other than that the process was easy and I’m looking forward to giving the gift.
