Visit to MG showroom in Coventry, Mick Chance very friendly and helpful was happy to advise, I bought my first MG!

excellent service friendly helpfull staff and most importantly they kept to the appointment allocated for the repair to my mg

I bought a used car from the Leicester branch and Jason and Wesley were a real joy to deal with. Am delighted with my new car and when I popped back today for a wing mirror repair they’d promised (and did in super speedy time), they even noted my spare key had run out of battery and replaced it for me. Just an honest, helpful team! Would recommend 100%!

just purchased a new mg trophy from unity and part ex my mg exclusive all dealt with nationwide delivery and collection by stephen .very friendly and professional straightforward and a pleasure to deal with once again stephen many thanks jim d

Very impressed with MG Unity Coventry where I went to test drive an MG5. I liked how Vaughn the salesperson was professional and friendly. Unfortunately even though the car was great it wasn’t suitable for my needs otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Unity Automotive Coventry.

Sales executive Mick very knowledgeable and informative. Had a test drive of the MG 4, very impressed. Unfortunately a little too small for our requirements.

Great service overall.

After a fair bit of looking on-line we purchased a 2nd Hand Peugeot 2008 Gt Line Puretech (2019) from this company in Coventry for my Mother with Low Mileage 12 Month MOT and Full Tank of Fuel Immaculate Condition facilitated by by Mickey + Ashley receiving superb Customer Service, We are delighted by the Car which we have now put a few miles on , Highest Recommendation from us, Buy with Confidence ! Regards, Richard Jackson

Was looking for a car to fit three car seats. Had popped into Balsall Common but not been impressed with the service so went to Coventry Pilot Park, couldn’t have asked for a more different experience. Met with Mo nothing was too much trouble. Was able to try car seats, really long test drive, no pressure to buy. Talked through all the details of the car in full. So different from any other car experience I’ve had.
So far really pleased with the MG HS.

I bought a Subaru Outback from Unity Tredington and the service was super. No hard sell; plenty of time to test drive (even with my dogs to seeing they'd fit in the boot!); very accommodating in terms of an after work pick up and a generally super friendly experience.

In passing Unity Garage a couple of weeks ago, spotted my Dream car on the forecourt. Richard was very very helpful in dealing with the cash sale for me. I would recommend Unity in future with an excellent service second to none! I was made very welcome by all the staff there. Well done!

I have just written an extremely good review of my experience when I bought my car last week at the Unity Garage at Treddington. Richard Teakle looked after the sale and was polite, extremely helpful and experienced. As far as I am concerned 10/10!

Excellent service. First enquired over a month ago. Kept in touch all the way through. Explained everything in detail. First experience at buying a new car. All staff were excellent, especially Mo Butt.

Richard Teakle from Unity Tredington was extremely helpful, selling me a second hand Subaru Forester and part exchanging my old car.
Their photos of the car and the online guided tour were useful and Richard was particularly kind and considerate doing the transfer paperwork and making sure I was happy with the new car.

Spur of the moment event after meeting Danny at the Moreton-In-Marsh Show, went to meet Richard at the Showroom. A week later and we are proud owners of a Subaru. A seamless experience and would recommend Unity to anyone.

Have had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Danny on my first purchase last month and the experience was seemless which has lead me to purchase another car today. Professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend Unity tredington.

Five star service from start to finish! Richard and his team looked after us from the moment we arrived after a long drive from Manchester. The car was immaculately presented and the transaction process quick & efficient. We has a minor issue when we arrived home, we were told to book the car into the nearest approved garage, and Richard settled the cost within a few days. I couldn’t recommend Unity and Richard enough!

Unity Leicester is highly recommend to any one wanting good customer’s service, good quality cars, and a fair part exchange . Matt and Jason couldn’t do enough to make the part exchange transaction go smoothly, so 10 out of 10

I visited the MG Coventry dealership yesterday to view my absolute dream car! I was greeted by Mick Chance. Mike gave me the most amazing experience from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful but I have never been so at ease in my life! All the staff in the dealership were lovely and helpful however would like to say a massive thank you to Mike!
Can’t recommend this dealership enough! Best one I have ever been to!
