UNLOCKNINJA is a scam service. If you are unable to unlock your phone. They why ask you to contact the carrier you are locked to assist in unlocking your phone. Why would you need their service if you needed the assistance of your carrier to help unlock? Stupid excuse for not wanting to issue a refund. Save your money and find a reputable company to unlock your phone. Unlockninja will just take your money and offer zero support and blame your carrier.

Provided an unlock code and incomplete instructions. Told me to ask my provider to unlock. If my provider was willing to unlock, why would I need to buy a code from them? Paypal somehow decided in their favor, so I have now disputed with my credit card company.

They are a scam. They took two to "unlock" my phone. Which still isn't unlocked. I followed up with them every week did not get good responses in time. I begged them for a refund because I did not want to get my phone unlocked anymore and they refused. Word of advice, do NOT go through them they are a scam and will go above and beyond to make you look like the bad guy.

I have unlocked two phones in the last month, an Alacatel Pop C1 and Huawei Ascend G300.
I made a mistake in my first request for a code and sent a quick email explanation of what I actually needed. The code arrived a few days later, Using the code was very simple and it worked just as it should.
When I ordered the unlock code for the second phone, I was more careful to enter the details correctly. The code arrived in just a couple of days and it worked perfectly.
I can't understand why some people insist on claiming the site is a scam. I'm glad I didn't see their negative comments before I placed my order. The whole process was efficient and effective.

I bought a phone off (a popular used-merchandise auction site), and when I received it, it was locked. AT&T refused to give me the code, stating the phone was blacklisted. I confronted the seller, and told them I found UnlockNinja online, and that I was quoted $31 to get the phone unlocked. Apparently UnlockNinja buys blacklisted accounts in bulk from carriers, so this is perfectly legal. Luckily, the seller agreed to refund $31 of my original purchase price. I paid UnlockNinja at about 5pm on Saturday, and I received my code on Monday morning at 8am. The code worked great, and it saved me the hassle of having to request a full refund from the website, ship the phone back, wait for them to receive it, etc, etc. I was able to keep the phone I really wanted. If this ever happens to me again down the road, I will come directly back to UnlockNinja.
