I used the Uswitch app which had my current energy usage so made it easy to compare my current deal with others. Good concise info supplied and easy to understand.
Had a problem upgrading my Lebara contract to the same deal as my Wife’s. Contacted USwitch and they gave me very useful advice by return, which l implemented, and the problem was solved. Great servi... Voir plus

start date error
I specifically entered the required start date in the uswitch form, being the date when my current fixed rate expires. However when the new provider received instruction from uswitch they were given the current date rather than the start date I had requested. added inconvenience to stop duplicate direct debits.
