Vexio Avis 

Am plasat o comanda pentru un racitor de aer joi seara, m-au sunat vineri dimineata pentru confirmare, nu am reusit sa raspund la acel apel, insa i-am sunat pe tot parcursul zilei de mai multe ori si nu a raspuns nimeni. De vineri pana luni, comanda nu a fost trimisa si cand am sunat iar la ei sa vad ce s-a intamplat mi-au zis ca produsul pentru care am plasat comanda si il asteptam nu mai este pe stoc. Nu va bazati pe magazinul acesta, sunt niste nesimtiti!

Bought a vacuum robot and 1 Phone case, both in stock, after 5 days I received only the phone case. Called Vexio and asked for clarification, a guy answered and said he will check, never received a reply. On the courier website, the package shows as delivered. Don't know why the delay and also why didn't they put all items in one package.

NU recomandam persoanelor juridice sa cumpere de la ei. NU respecta garantia si iti dau flit in caz de probleme ... stati departe de gunoaiele de la Vexio

Horrible customer service. They told me that my package will arrive in 24-48 hours,I was very ok with that ,but then,they call me and say to me that the package will arrive in 10 days because they have it in a deposit in Europe.I looked in the faq, delivery informations and etc on their site and no where says that the package could arrive in 10 days not just 24h-48h, liers,shame of them.

They sold me an Asus keyboard through the Emag platform, it arrived broken, I called them and they told me to send them the product to change it, the product came back with the resolution "improperly used product". A lie, the product was intact and with the factory foils on it, untouched.

I ordered a laptop from them, and they sent out a whole different one. When I wrote to them, they told me that they made a mistake with the price, and that I am not going to get the laptop I ordered since it was too expensive. At least they gave me back my money after I sent back that horrible laptop they sent me. Then again they were obliged by the law to do that

Am avut o comanda care a venit in orasul diferit de 5 ori.NU MAI COMAND AICI NICIODATA.HUOOOO NESIMTITILOR.

First they called me to tell me that the products I have ordered were not be delivered in 2 days but in 8 days. I said OK, I accept that. After 8 days they called again and told me a product was not in stock of the provider and could order it for me but 10 EUR more expensive than the one I have ordered.

I have been buying from Vexio for over 4 years and spent over 1000 EUR on PC components from them. Mainly because they offered the best non-inflated prices, it's as if their policy is to abide to MSRP and not play the market game when demand is high and supply is low.

I had absolutely no issues with them, had no cancelled orders, even if the items were not in stock, they did their best to order the items from the distributors and always shipped it as fast as they could.

They also accept Card Avantaj (not all retailers do), so for me that's a big plus. And their customer service has always been polite and responsive, although I never had to send anything to be serviced, or refunded, so I can't vouch for that.

But I am very happy with them and even recommended them to some friends that had the same positive experience with them.

Am achizitionat: Placa video Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1650 SUPER™, nu am primit certificat de garantie, si pe langa asta mi-a fost livrata prin Fan Courier (cel mai mizer serviciu de curierat), bineinteles ca am avut probleme cu ea, ventilatoarele de pe placa scot un sunet groaznic, nu pot sa recomand.

Worst shop ever. Inflating prices

Niste japcari, returnat produs fara ambalaj dupa 1 saptamana de la achizitie, deci in termenul legal de 14 zile, si pentru un carton respectiv "ambalajul" in sine japcarii astia mi-au oprit 30% din bani, deci practic la ei 30% din produs valoreaza cutia! cumparati cu incredere au preturi bune la majoritatea produselor dar sa va fereasca Dzeu sa aveti probleme cu produsele si sa dati retur ca dati de dracu!

De doua luni astept sa imi vina 2 produse trimise la garantie .

Am incercat sa fiu intelegator , si nu am tinut cont de cele 15 zile prevazute in lege. Singurul lucru care mi sa spus e ca produsele au fost trimise la producator ( acum o luna jumate ) . Practic 6000 de lei i-am aruncat pe fereastra .

Nu raspunde nimeni la emailuri sau la telefoane , desi sunt in timpul programului .

Sper ca cineva de la Vexio sa verifice aceste reviewuri si sa fiu contactat , cu o rezolvare a probleme altfel depun plangere la anpc.
