Good customer service
Really easy when I needed to speak to someone to renew my policy.
Haven't had to make a claim but with my current customer service experience I feel hopeful that this wouldn't be horrific experience!

Obtaining a quote was easy via MoneySupermarket.com. Better price than previous Insurer - have been insuring with Staysure for the last 7 years. I was unable to print off the policy documents so I emailed customer service who said they would send them to me in the post so hopefully they will arrive soon. :)
