I wanted to leave a review for Callum…
I wanted to leave a review for Callum at Vodafone because the service I received was outstanding.
His attention to detail and knowledge of the system were second to none. From start to finish, he handled everything himself without ever needing to ask another employee for help. He stayed calm, professional, and made the whole process incredibly easy.
Callum took the time to ask plenty of questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, rather than just selling me a contract. He even went through my bill and app with me to identify where extra charges were coming from and found a new plan that prevents those issues in the future.
I had a lot of questions and concerns, but he was extremely patient and explained everything clearly, putting all my worries and confusion to rest. For the first time, I genuinely feel like I have a phone contract that is suited to my needs rather than being sold something unnecessary.
Thanks to Callum for providing such excellent customer service. He's a real credit to Vodafone.

Beth and Connor have been so helpful my phone was completely broke and beth sat for a while and fixed all the apps and viruses, Connor the store manager then helped massively which has saved me £30 a month after questioning about my account, I now have a working phone and more money in my pocket each month

Great service. Was looked after by a terrific member of staff called Beth who couldn't do enough to help. Nothing was a problem and she explained things in a way even I could understand. Every store needs a Beth. Thankyou.
