Very happy with the product and the timely delivery.

I ordered a new freezer from Vortex and in 8 days here it is, delivered. No problems, fairly and competitively priced. Personal type service and communication.

One of the main things I was assured that should the unit need service, either under warrantee or not it is locally readily available.

Beautifully wrapped so as NOT to sustain damage enroute.

I will definitely use Vortex for any future refrigeration needs. Excellent customer service, quality products and fair pricing.

Worst company I have ever purchased equipment from. Bought a pizza make table from Vortex in March 2017, it stopped holding temp after about 10 months. Contacted Vortex for warranty repair (we were within the one year parts and labor warranty), we spent multiple hours and days doing troubleshooting with them over the phone, they apparantly had no service provider that does warranty work in our City Then they told us our warranty was "null and void" because unit was not originally shipped to our restuarant address, The sales guy 100% knew when we placed the order that we were shipping it to a different location that had a loading dock to receive, he absolutely did not tell us it would void our warranty, so we had unit shipped to our local refridgeration company that had a loading docks to receive unit. We had to buy a another make table from a different mfg. We threatened to file lawsuit, they shipped us a new compressor for us to install on our own. So now we have a extra non-working Vortex unit with a new compressor in a box, cost for us to get installed at a cost of around $500.

So far love my refrigerator. Communication was awesome

I bought two 3 glass door freezers from Vortex. The price was great, they were shipped free and I received them fast! They look fantastic. I've had them for about a month now and have not had any problems. I would definitely recommend buying from Vortex Refrigeration.

I would highly recommend this company. I purchased a pizza prep cooler and NSF stand up refrigerator. Shipped very fast and communication on delivery was excellent.

VERY BAD AFTER BACK AND FORTH AND FEW MONTHS OF PROMISSING THAT PARTS ORDERED AFTER THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARDS THEY CHANGED FEW PARTS AND STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM

Great Freezer only problem front cover is not easy to open and put it back

I absolutely love this freezer! I bought it as a home freezer and although it took some work to get it in the doors (wheels come installed), it is the best freezer I could have chosen!

The refrigeration unit runs good Mike did a good job BUT the unit when uncrated has a large dent bottom of front door ,upper right side .bottom left plus sealer on the inside never cleaned up now its dried and can't be removed

A great freezer! Easy to purchase, showed up well packed and we've had it running smoothly for about 5 months without issue. I'd definitely buy more coolers from Vortex.

We live our applinaces. Low design is perfect fit for our kitchen. Unit came damaged but was easily fixed by us at home with the help of their office. Anyone with a view of the outdoors would truly appreciate these units.
