Walden University Avis

Overall, I would highly recommend Walden University to anyone seeking a flexible, high-quality education while maintaining professional and personal commitments

The guidance and encouragement that I have received through Walden University has made me feel supported and confident as i continue working toward my degree. I appreciate the positive learning environment and the support I receive, which has contributed greatly to my overall satisfaction with Walden University.

Walden University provides the best available resources and hires excellent staff who demonstrate attention to detail, professional skills, motivation, encouragement, and current knowledge.

**Flexible Learning, but Administrative Support Needs Improvement**

As a doctoral student at Walden University, I appreciate the flexibility of asynchronous learning, which allows me to balance my education with professional and personal responsibilities. However, my experience with the administrative side of the university has been less positive.

Communication is a significant area needing improvement, particularly ensuring that published email addresses are valid, actively monitored, and that student inquiries receive timely, meaningful responses. Additionally, the financial aid process has felt unnecessarily restrictive and burdensome, especially when requesting reasonable cost-of-living adjustments. While I understand the need for institutional oversight, greater transparency, consistency, and individualized consideration would make a meaningful difference.

Walden offers a valuable learning format, but the administrative experience should reflect the same commitment to student success that the university promotes academically. Students should feel supported throughout their educational journey, not just in the classroom.

The experiences of online learning with the evolution of AI and the transition into AI practices were valuable. My lessons learned have added value to my pathway

Walden University is more than just going to classes. Walden University is a community of support from both faculty and staff.

The respectful and helpful staff and the way they connect to each students. I loved the rapport between staff and students here at Walden University. By chance you desire to take some online classes to advance or start earning any if your degrees. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WALDEN UNIVERSITY!

All faculty members that I have any interaction with have been amazing! They are all professional and caring. They will explain everything in depth, and help you understand everything that is discussed. If you have an appointment, they are on it! I have nothing bad to say about anyone I have been in contact with! I love this school! I can not say this about my others!

A sound program, good professors overall and a wonderful Chair!

The best decision I made for myself and my career was to go back and obtain my MSN FNP. The second-best choice was choosing Walden University. Student Success walks you through every step, and the professors truly care about you and ensure you understand the material.

The curriculum is flexible, yet provides a structure that works with those who have to maintain a full time job while attending school. Many of the staff not only teach, but work in the field and understand the multifaceted demands between kids, family, work, and school.

Great school to attend when you already have a full-time job, married with kids. The faculty members are understanding and work with you.

I love Walden University great online school.

I transferred from another college due to a family emergency. What started as a stressful situation, quickly became one of positivity and assurance that I'd made a wise decision. Since starting at Walden, I have been supported, encouraged, guided and provided direction in areas I felt unsure about. Don't be afraid to ask for help, they really care, and we can't get help if they don't know we need it.

Walden has overcome a series of challenging details while navigating ethically sound person centered approaches to my MSW program to meet my specific needs as an older adult student.

Since starting at Walden, the faculty and financial aid departments have been a great help, and the instructors have answered my questions
