Great product and high maintenance costs
Great product and works well but 2 years into its operation we are being charged over 500 for replacement thermostat and call out fee. Two units have failed so far. Watch out for high maintenance costs.

We would like to clarify that our thermostats are covered by a minimum 3 year warranty, with our newer models offering up to a 12 year warranty. Our current replacement thermostat costs are also significantly below £500, so we’d like to understand the charges you’ve experienced and look into this for you.
Please contact our Customer Services team with the details of your system and previous replacements so we can investigate this further and make sure you’re receiving the correct support.

Anton was amazing in getting my issue sorted!
He really went the extra mile to ensure everything was working as it should be, and this is shown by the fact I said to him, "i'm sure it will be fine now", and his response was "I don't want to end this call until everything is perfect and you are happy with the outcome"
That is someone who takes pride in offering 10/10 customer service and he is a credit to Warmup!

Great experience with customer service
We had an issue with a temperature controller and contacted support, Harley was fast to respond and helped us to get the controller back to Warmup without any debate. We are expecting our replacement unit now. With this level of professional service I can only recommend Warmup as a company to deal with.

That was FAST!!! Thanks for the pdf manual for my new 7iE underfloor electric heating from you folks. Contractor did a great job and sent us pictures of each step; however, somehow the instructions they left got lost in the works. I really appreciate your response in a matter of hours! CHEERS! ps I gotta say the device just seems to know the weather we're having on the West coast of Scotland this past July week and has lowered the temperature I encounter every morning. Amazing service from Phil
We had an issue with the warmup under floor heating and Phil was assigned as our engineer.
From the initial meeting to the completed repair Phil was excellent. he took the time to explain everything and ensure that the issue was resolved , leaving the floor clean and tidy. He even took rhe time to email me later with documents and pictures which really helped.
Phil is a real asset to Warnup and I hope he is recognised for the amazing service he provides to his customers

Buyer be aware. The kit isn’t what it seems !
Bought a warm up kit from Topps Tiles. Fitted loads over the years but some idiot at Watm Up has now decided to not include the thermostat in the kit but not make that super clear on the outside of the box.This is vital to the safe operation and manufacturers guarantee of the kit. The fact that they have omitted this from the kit is there when look at the small print Topps weren’t aware ! Really angry as it has caused major delays on a project. Will never touch this product again on principle. Will purchase from lower cost competitors that supply everything you need. Buyer be aware!

Thank you for your review. However, there appears to be some misunderstanding regarding the products supplied.
Our thermostats are not included within the heater packaging. As many installations require multiple heaters within a larger room but only one thermostat, thermostats have always been supplied and sold as a separate item.
If you are referring to the floor sensor rather than the thermostat, this is supplied with the thermostat, not the heater also . As only one floor sensor is required per thermostat, this has always been the standard packaging arrangement and has not changed.
Based on your comments, it seems there may be some confusion between the heater, thermostat and floor sensor components. We would be happy to clarify what was supplied and confirm any product requirements for your installation.
