Ordered a gilet and received confirmation of order.Two days later received email stating item had been despatched.Following day received email stating that my payment had been refunded and item not coming.
Awful service.

I bought one coat last weekend which is absolutely perfect & I gave it the review it deserves.
I bought a second one, there was a problem with the size on the second one and as soon as I let Warwickshire clothing know they gave me a free label to return the item, before they even received the return they sent out the correct coat and It arrived the next day.
I can't fault the service, the quality and good value, I may even buy a third one!

I came upon Warwickshire Clothing by chance. My initial purchase was very fairly priced, the quality was excellent and the speedy delivery could not be faulted.

I bought a Hazy Blue hat from them at an event maybe 10 or 12 years ago and it has served me very well ever since..

After this amount of time being worn frequently, especially in bad weather all around the world, I just bought the exact same hat again.

It was £17.99, not bad for a decade of wearing eh!

It was bought and delivered 4 days later (delivered for free I should add) and is an excellent fit, in top condition and I look forward to wearing it for another 10+ years.

I have purchased several items from this company, the prices and service from them has always been first class - always with speedy delivery.
Recently, I discovered that a jacket I had purchased some 3 months earlier, but had not used, was faulty. Even after this period of time, upon contacting the customer services department, a very friendly and helpful lady, confirmed they would still exchange the item for a new jacket. Good, old fashioned, excellent customer service. I fully recommend this company.

Avoid Avoid Avoid,they sent me the wrong colour trousers,I ordered two pairs one beige and one olive they sent two pairs of beige trousers,when I contacted them they said that I had to pay return postage,I refused and returned the complete order for a full refund,they refused the return delivery,I have opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
Their Customer services are useless to say the least.

Bought four Country Classic Tattersall shirts. Having bought these previously, I thought they would be reliable, so unpacked them and put them in the wardrobe. When I started to wear them, however, I discovered that the WRIST SIZE had been INCREASED substantially, so even on the second button, they fall right down on my hands. But, also, the NECK SIZE had been REDUCED substantially. So much so that I cannot button the collar. I took this up with customer services and asked for help, but they weren’t the least bit interested and said that they could only offer refunds if the shirts were still complete with their original tags and labels. Not at all helpful

Ordered an item for arrival within 1-2 days, received a refund 3 days later. No explanation. How difficult is it to send an email these days? Really frustrated with unreliable companies!

I returned an expensive item as it didn't fit and I had an unexpected cat bill (tmi). I contacted the company as Royal Mail had confirmed to me the parcel has been delivered.

Warwickshire Clothing emailed me to say "Our policy requires physical receipt of the goods or valid proof of postage before any funds can be released. If you have the tracking number or a copy of the postage receipt, please reply directly with those details. Without this verification, we are unable to process this request. As soon as you give us that information we will instantly action it."

I sent them the proof of postage.

I then received an email back saying they can only refund me once they receive the item back.

They have contradicted themselves. They've told me their policy (i.e item returned OR proof of postage provided) and then gone back on it. They are clearly doing everything in their power to avoid refunding my money.

The customer service is disgusting and the company fail to realise that the language they use is important and can be relied on.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering because this company should be avoided at all costs.

Warwickshire Clothing - As your own policy states that you can issue a refund with proof of postage, issue my refund immediately.

Update: They've now come back and said their policy is that they will issue refunds once parcels are on their way to them. They're clearly swapping and changing their minds to suit themselves and avoid refunding me. Also, the tracking clearly shows as soon as the parcel is dropped off and if it's dropped off, it's clearly on its way to them so even that is a ridiculous comment and doesn't give a reason as to why they won't refund. I hate this company and they're making me physically ill from the stress. Please avoid them.

Placed my first order at 9am and paid an extra £10 for next day delivery, but the order did not arrive the next day as promised. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told it would arrive the following day, with no apology or refund for the delivery service I had paid for but didn’t receive. Really disappointing first experience and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.

I can see that Warwickshire Clothing has received mixed reviews here, but I have no complaints.

I bought three items. They were despatched and delivered swiftly, the fit is as described as is the quality. That is as it should be of course, but sadly more and more companies are content to mislead customers and let us down, but Warwickshire Clothing isn't one in my admittedly singular experience.

I was apprehensive buying of this website after reading many bad reviews but personally I had a good experience with the company. Order as described, deliverd on a second day. Very good price point too.

excellent delivery, 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail, actually arrived next day! Bought a greatly reduced Regatta coat, and even received an extra 10%discount. The coat is amazing..

Item marked as dispatched. Two days later I get an email saying the item was found to be faulty during packaging. I called as I was offered an alternative. The "sole manager" was rude, gave 3 different excuses for the item even though i stated what the email had said about the item at the start of the call then continued to talk over me and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I asked for a refund as I am appalled at the way she spoke over me and how rude she spoke.

Picked up an absolute bargain from this company & I wasn’t really looking but thankfully I did. Fast delivery and easy payment process with up to date courier information.

Sent me a used Ridgeline torrent coat with animal hair on and on the inside so obviously it had been worn previously, sent Warwickshire clothing message for a return and prepaid returns label and heard nothing back

Sent the wrong item. Returns process involves contacting them for a label. Printable only. No printer so had to wait for this through the post. Had to reorder correct item and pay again. Item has come and is NOT as advertised. No brand label. Have contacted them about this and awaiting a response but disappointing and embarrassing to give as a gift and have this pointed out. Still awaiting refund of original incorrect item! Beware.

Had a reply about unbranded (inauthentic?)item. No apology and blamed a manufacturing fault. Advised they would set aside another one and send it when they received my return. I had to ask for a return label in the post AGAIN as they only sent an emailed version AGAIN. Waited weeks for this to arrive. Finally returned the item and they have refunded it instead of sending me a replacement. When I complained they said I could reorder. I don't think so. Not a third time. Terrible company. Painful, drawn out communications.
