Warwickshire Clothing Avis 

Ordered a SHORT-LENGTH pair of Craghopper Ladies Kiwi II trousers. I didn't open the package immediately (my own fault, I know), so am now outside the 30 return window. My issue with the order is this - Warwickshire Clothing supplied a REGULAR-LENGTH pair of trousers, but blatantly attempted to conceal this fact by altering every label they could in biro, including one of the labels in the waistband, and also appear to have attempted to alter the length of the trousers themselves - the heel tape is missing on both legs, and the hems are poorly sewn and not to the usual Craghopper standard. If you didn't have the trousers in SHORT-LENGTH, say so. Don't alter a different pair of trousers and send me those instead! Disgraceful behaviour.

Very good service, with first-class customer service. Ordering process very good and delivery very fast. And their prices are competitive. Overall, I'm really pleased with them and would be happy to recommend. Thank you :-)

I bought 2 pairs of Craghopper trousers on line. They only had 1 pair in correct length, but, at no cost to myself, offered to alter them with their in house tailor. They were then despatched within a day. I cannot fault their customer service or delivery service.

Just bought two pairs of combat trousers - one blue and one olive green. I could kick myself for not buying a couple more pairs at the discounted price.
The trousers are of very good quality. Sizes are spot on and delivery was earlier than expected.
I was kept up to date with despatch and expected delivery date.
A faultless transaction.

I ordered two pairs of shorts which were marked as in-stock, got free postage, and they arrived a couple of days later, exactly as described. All good.

Ordered gilet. Arrived as described within two days by Royal Mail. Very well tracked with updates by seller and mail, Well pleased with this company.

After ordering an everyday fleece I realised that I had been charged for European delivery. My mistake as I didn’t read the website in detail.
The delivery was fast and efficient and after a couple of constructive telephone calls I was promptly refunded in full.
So, I had my purchase at very reasonable cost with good customer liaison and- after contact- a prompt and full refund. 👍👍

Very poor company! "Place your order in the next 2 hours and receive it next day" They didn't dispatch until after it should have been delivered.
Avoid these amateurs when so many professional retailers around.

Don't listen to other mad geezers. They delivered fast on time and great products selection, cheaper delivery than trespass and price when i bought wooster coat which is FaB 😭😊!

Ordered two pairs of trousers which did not arrive. We have had the phone put down on us a number of times. They now claim to be another company and not Warwickshire clothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AN UTTER DISGRACE.

Bought ChemistPlus sanitiser from them with claimed alcohol content of 80%. Actual alcohol content of sanitiser was found to be A LOT lower than 80%, in particular it does not ignite at room temperature (even 40% alcohol does), it does not dissolve ballpoint ink at all, even 40% alcohol does. The manufacturer of the sanitizer is listed on the label as Chemist Plus Ltd, yet no such company exists as per Companies House Register. It is very dangerous to rely on the sanitizer they are selling to provide COVID protection even though true 80% alcohol sanitizer would offer excellent protection.

Recently bought a very competitively priced Trespass coat from this company. Order processed and despatched promptly. Will definitely buy from Warwickshire Clothing again. 😁
