There are 4 Watches of Switzerland showrooms in the United States, including dedicated Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques.
At each you’ll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. I’ve ordered through online and asked for pick up order since I had travel plan two days after. After placing order, I’ve waited for an hour or so, but haven’t received pick up ready email. So I called customer service and also Soho boutique, explained how I really want to have my watch before trip so that I can have it on my wrist while I’m traveling. And they helped me to pick up within 30 min. Service at the boutique was very pleasant and professional as well. Definitely 5 stars!! Thank you for the wonderful experience

Watch is as beautiful as I knew it would be and the shipping was phenomenal. The included camo NATO strap wasn't in the package. I had to email and notify WOS that it was missing. They quickly shipped it to me and took care of the issue. I feel as if I only received the band because I knew it was supposed to be included. The amateur watch collector would not know anything was missing.

Outstanding Post Sale Service
I recently purchased a surprise Birthday watch as a gift for my husband. The watch was not to his liking and the gifting ended up being stressful.
Watches of Switzerland were very understanding and helpful, they even gave us a store credit even though the item was a special order just for me.
Simone at the Barangaroo store walked my husband though the store and all the options, she was patient and very accommodating. My husband found the perfect watch and the transaction was very smooth.
