There are 4 Watches of Switzerland showrooms in the United States, including dedicated Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques.
At each you’ll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. Received an order confirmation and…
Received an order confirmation and later a order is ready for pickup email. Drove out to the store (25ish miles away) later on that day and they said the paperwork wasn't complete and therefore, I couldn't get the watch. I had to make another trip out there. When getting a watch in the future, it won't be from WOS.

The Omega band did not come in the Omega band case and it didn’t even include pins.

Great watch buying experience
I had another great watch buying experience with Watches of Switzerland. I originally bought a Tissot PR 100; but when I received it I realized that I preferred the Tissot PRX or Gentlemen much more. Delivery options limited
Fedex delivery person left the expensive package in front of my apartment without my signature. You should at least offer customers to pick up packages at the nearest FedEx office.

A great experience
I dealt with Stan, he was great. He walked me through some issues with Canadians buying Phillip Patek and Rolex. The selection was great, I even got to see some of the second hand watches they had in a back room. I can highly recommend both Stan and the selection at Watches of Switzerland.
