There are 4 Watches of Switzerland showrooms in the United States, including dedicated Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques.
At each you’ll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. I ordered 3 watches from this company over 2 months ago and have not received any. I have more than 20 emails with one excuse after another.
I have asked for a full refund on more than one occasion and that has not happened.
Brian Duffy a respectable business man and CEO of Watches of Switzerland should be ashamed on how this company is being run by his managers.

I purchased a Wolf watch box for my husbands birthday prior to coming to the store to make sure that they had it in stock. When arriving to pick it up there was a lot of confusion from the staff, I was told people don't do that. When they figured it out and brought the purchase out the box was dirty and covered in dust. I signed the receipt and we were told, "good day" as in leave the store. My husband was interested in getting a new watch to add to his collection but it was such an odd interaction that had us both feeling rather uncomfortable that we left.

Knowledgeable and Helpful
I came in for guidance for a missing part for my submariner and to browse. Conner ending up helping me which he was super knowledgeable and helpful.
