The customer service was great
The customer service was great. The representative provided me with all the information I needed. The price for contact lenes were the very best and they arrived on time.
Never received lens but ups claims…
Never received lens but ups claims delivered on web site. Last time this happened with my order. Ups has issues with service. Called customer service to file claim. Probably will stop using this company because of shipper.
Finally received order after contacting my credit card company to dispute charges.

great product, compare prices, chat not "live"
great product but always worth checking other providers for prices. their live chat is not live. they collect your email and if you're lucky they reply by email.

The website doesn't appear to let you leave a review if it has anything negative to say. Their description is very misleading. It states 6 contacts, but you're actually only getting 3. I don't understand why they don't just say that. Overall you're not saving, it definitely costs more. It did take a while, which their customer service did send an email letting me know they were on backorder, but after I received the contacts and questioned the missing contacts they stated I only ordered 3. So there's no help through customer service, only excuses. There is no 3 in any part of their description or 3 months. It doesn't state 6 MONTHS either, however it does state 6 contacts, which to me like every other contact company, 6 is 6 months. I won't order again. I'd rather go ahead and pay the $20 or $30 extra somewhere else for 6 months of contacts without the trickery. It may cost more initially somewhere else, but when divided up there definitely cheaper elsewhere. Feeling duped and highly disappointed.
Had an allergic reaction to a contact…
Had an allergic reaction to a contact lens that others are also reporting. This company claims to have a satisfaction guarantee but refused to allow me to exchange the contacts. I was a repeat customer but never again. Its false advertising on their website and they also charged my card an amount that I did not authorize.
They send out expired contacts
Company sent me two boxes of expired contacts.

I placed an order on August 12,2025. I even paid a little extra to get my order faster. I get an email today saying my order is backordered and my order can be shipped out on August 20,2025 but it is not a guarantee. This is horrible. At least let people know ahead of time that your order can be back ordered because Johnson and Johnso still need to send my order to you all. Now I have to wait for you all to send a message to your warehouse to cancel my order so who know how long this is gonnna take now to get my refund and purchase some where else.

I ordered my contacts 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited next day shipping. I still have no contacts, I’ve held for hours and no one picks up the call, I’ve tried chatting and get no response, I scheduled a “VIP Call” that never came. They charged my HSA debit card and now I can’t even order them from anywhere else because they won’t cancel my order and refund me. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!

ENDLESS TEXT MESSAGES EVERY DAY YOU CAN'T STOP
Unless you want to continue to get an endless stream of text messages (even though you did not purchase anything) without any ability to stop them. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Ordered & they charged me & never delivered
Ordered & they charged me. That was a month ago and still no contacts, despite repeated contact with customer service and repeated promises of imminent delivery. Will never order from them again.
Unreliable company
Ordered last month and still haven’t heard anything about my order. I won’t be ordering from this company anymore. Calls have been made with promised dates and still no contacts

WebEyeCare is my go to for contacts prescriptions!
I always use WebEyeCare to reorder my contacts. They are reasonably priced, great quality and have fast delivery. They also call me before filling the order if they have any questions which I really appreciate. And you get bonus points for more discounts when you order. It’s a win-win!

No Customer Service!
I have been trying for a week to place an order with Webeyecare. Their system will not take my order even after using several browsers. I sent them an email message containing their system generated error message. They could not explain the error and to told me to call them. I tried again using their PayPal option and the system went into a loop with no explanation as to why. Finally I called them and they indicated they would not honor the internet price on the phone. This company demonstrates no customer service ability at all. May they cease to exist and rest in peace!
