My delivery was good considering my daughters lenses are specially made we just had to wait a little longer than normal. In then end I will still continue to use WebEye care.

Cheapest Online Contacts Site
Cheapest contacts site that I’m aware of. Lots and lots of good promos/coupons all the time. Delivery can sometimes take a while but I don’t really think that this is WebEyeCare’s fault.

They won't process my refund after eight weeks!
I returned my contacts 8 weeks ago. They confirmed my return. And still have not processed my refund. Their policy is to refund in 2-4 weeks. I've called and emailed numerous times and they just tell me they're "getting to it.". I've lost faith this will happen and now they've just stolen my money.
UPDATE: After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I received my refund. That was a complete headache.

DONT PAY FOR ONLINE EYE EXAM. RIPOFF
I ordered contacts and was told my prescription expired. Normally I go to the eye dr every year but my eye dr quit taking my insurance. Web eye care sends me an email saying for $19.99 they will perform an eye exam online. I am skeptical but I paid because I didn't want to wait until I find another eye dr. I take the test and they tell me that my eyes have changed and I need to see an eye dr. I paid to hear that? what a rip off. They already took the money out of my account for the contacts?
Now I'm thinking why would you take the money before everything is complete?

Fraudulent
Fraudulent. At the very end of the purchase process they slip in a "processing fee" of more than 50% of the purchase price, or over $200. This allows them to advertise a price that is not remotely reflective of what they will actually charge, and therefore appear to be lower than the competition.

I've never had a bad experience, always reliable.
so, I keep coming back because there is a reservoir of trust that has been built up over years of buying from the company.
Sometimes I find cheaper prices, but trust and reliability are worth paying a little more for.

We laughed, we bonded, and he saved me money.
I was having troubles navigating my order checkout. And I happened to get Mark, the Senior Customer Service Manager who was helping a new trainee through my 4-part question. We cracked jokes as they went above and beyond to deliver the best service possible. I'll be returning to Web Eye Care because I know they put great resources into training their Service Managers to go the extra mile and make it fun. Oh, and if you wanna'be extra impressed, ask Mark about state-by-state laws.

So I’ll start by saying I don’t ever write reviews, I’m super busy all the time and don’t have the time to do this. However I was so impressed with the customer service at WebEyeCare! I’ve been using WebEyeCare for a few years now for myself and my family. The ordering is super easy and simple and they have great prices! Now I placed an order like two weeks ago for my contact lenses (I was down to my last few pairs of lens) and not really thinking about it but my order never arrived...I called customer service, the gentleman who helped me was fantastic! Apparently, the order was never delivered because UPS wasn’t able to find the address and returned the order? It’s the same address I ordered to before but somehow UPS didn’t deliver it. Anyhow, now I’m on my last pair of contacts lens. The gentleman from customer service was so helpful, he sent my new order out that same morning, with overnight shipping!!! I got my lens the next afternoon!!! Wow! Really impressed and amazing service! Great job guys! You went above and beyond! You have a customer for life! Thank you! A+
