I have been ordering here for about a year. I placed an order for contacts at their special advertised price and I was sent an email telling me that I could no longer buy them at the price advertised and that my order was cancelled and refunded. No where on their website or anywhere does it state that I could not buy at the advertised price. The reason they are so cheap is because they get their contacts in India and other foreign places.

I got a great deal on this 1 box of my lenses. It arrived on time, nicely packed. And the lenses are great

When you google webeyecare, it says $49.95 per 24pack of lenses. When you click on it and go to their website and try to place an order for 2 boxes (1 for each eye), the total comes to $251.90 - what a rip off!!! If you try to place a separate orders for 1 box at the time, they flag you and cancel all of your orders! You will never purchase the lenses for the advertised price here. Don't waste your time here go elsewhere!

Website navigation and applying discounts is easy. Comparing their prices with other online options I've discovered they are generally less expensive. The points program is also generous and makes a difference in the final price.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. They sent me contacts that make my head swim and my Doctor's office continues to confirm and I have confirmed with another MORE Reputable Contact Lens Manufacturer/Provider that Astigmatism Contacts do infact come in a base curve of 8.6. While Webeyecare continues to attempt to debate with me that it only comes in 8.4. So Unprofessional. Andy and Mark especially were very unprofessional. They just kept blaming the doctor's office. They continue to state Total 30 only comes in base curve of 8.4. My Doctor's office says that astigmatism lenses are infact available in 8.6. The bottom line, I did not get what I paid for regardless of whose fault it was and I was hoping they would say, we are Sorry and let's get this corrected for you so you can use your contacts. Perhaps you received a bad batch, send yours back to us and we will get another one out to you asap, etc. That would have been the nice, professional thing to say and do. NO 100% Guarantee as per their website. THAT STATEMENT IS FALSE.

This is the worst website for your contact…. I called them 10 days after my order and still not out for shipment. I kept complaining and they said it will be out today. They didn’t provide any other detail. I am still waiting for my order

Mark from customer service reached out me through email apologized and sent replacement with tracking number. Also my contacts shipped really fast. They’re slow to take an action, but I received my order after long time. I wish their lost and replacement process was faster.
More I think about it, I get more angrier. I ordered my contacts first time from them on 2/15/2024. I have received order confirmation and another email that was just advertisement. I haven’t get any updates on my order and patiently waited till 2/25/2024. Not even single email that about my order status, no shipping information, no tracking and nothing until I reach them out. I reached out them to check the shipping status on 2/25/2024 Daniel sent me a tracking number that clearly is USPS. USPS web shows currently awaiting package, so I try to make it faster reached out them on phone since my contacts running out. The rep was nice and friendly told me he would contact the manufacturer and update me. I received a call from him about an hour and he said it was delivered on 2/21/2024. Which is 5 days ago. They basically blamed me that I didn’t check my porch daily or every hour. Who knows where they deliver without even 1 email about order update.
They sent me picture of my front door that has small package. Since it’s delivered he can’t do nothing and will not refund either. I didn’t receive nothing, but since it has been thrown at my door without my knowledge, it’s my responsibility.
I went to check all of my neighbors, they don’t know anything about the box that’s been sitting on my porch.
My porch is all way on the side, so it’s not even clear to my neighbors. I live in 2nd floor condo that has door in 1st floor. We use our garage door for come and go, because my Autistic 2year old could hurt herself by bolting/running one step stair on our front door. There were no other deliveries, so God knows how long my order was there till some porch pirate took it. My daughter’s therapist came on Friday 2/23/2024 it wasn’t there. So I probably lost between 2/21/2024-2/23/2024.
I usually get my contacts from Walgreens or EZcontacts never had this kind of issue. It’s my first time lost prescription contacts that only person with same prescription able to use. It was just $6 $7 cheaper than EZcontacts. Try save less than $10 and now I am down over $130. I don’t have contacts and neither money. Next time I’ll purchase from EZcontacts, at least they deliver in my postal box. I am really really upset for this situation and extremely unsatisfied with their service. It might be few $ cheaper, but they’re irresponsible.

The shipping on these contacts took almost 3 weeks. Although I picked the cheapest longest option, I’ve never had contacts take this long. The prescription was confirmed right away also.

I am super impressed with webeyecare, i have been using a different company for a long time and when i reordered it was taking very long and i was told 2-3 weeks more to get them so i decided to place an order with webeyecare and see if i would get it quicker as i was running very low. It arrived a day later AGAIN a day later it is the fastest services i have seen. thank you and as long as prices don't change after promo price you have won my business.
