Webeyecare charges $50 processing g fee…
Webeyecare charges $50 processing g fee which is astronomical compared with other contact companies. Plus they charge a 25%plus restocking g fee whereas most every other contact lens company will give a full refund. Thet only care about making a fast buck, customers come second.

Long wait but great price
I ordered Comfilcon A on November 26, arriving on December 16 by USPS ground shipping. They took 16 days to ship the contact lenses. I was horrified because they did not update the status until they shipped, but it has arrived finally. If you don't need to hurry and can wait over two weeks, it will be a great deal. To me, no problem with a long wait and loved the price.

This website advertises cheap contacts but adds ridiculous processing fees of over $70. Total Scammers, buyer beware!!!

On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separately from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up-front about ours as possible by listing the charges separately in the Cart. Poorest Customer Service
This organization provides the most abysmal Customer Service I have encountered in my buying experience! One cannot speak with a live body, only an 888 phone number that never picks up. Although the live chat women was interested in trying to solve an inquiry. Requested a call back from a person in authority, but only received a message from the same 888 number with no extension to make contact.
I did eventually got my order but bow to never reorder from this group no matter what price they advertise. It is a “bait and switch” organization. Buyer beware!!

Our main customer service line is the 888 number - we do not have another customer service line. Our system does indicate that a customer service manager did respond to your call back with a voice message, however, we understand your frustration.
