Asked the pharmacist on the phone to fill my daughter's Zyrtec. Dora the pharmacist barked at me, tell your daughter to call her own prescription in. Why you filthy c word, my daughter is non-verbal autistic adult. When I tried to speak with manager, they left me on hold. Cherry Hill NJ pharmacy sucks. They can rot.

Well here we go again at Wegmans...another so called "reset", which is code for, reduce the number of items on offer, this being the latest of many. The end result being that our/your favorite items are no longer available. Now the seven grain bread has gone, organic edamame has gone, organic mixed vegetables have gone, Marathon bread has gone, and so the list goes on. All in the name of increasing their profit and a snub to loyal customers who have shopped there for going on 30 years. We feel very let down by this organization time and time again, and where we live they have the monopoly! So we have no alternatives except perhaps on-line for some of the items missing in our cart. Wegmans likes to think of itself as health conscious, but its far from that, more like profit obsessed would be more accurate. We have stopped using our shoppers card as you get no discounts, even when we constantly spend $3,000 a month. They only use the shoppers card to track what you buy and other demographics to help them choose what items to remove/replace. Customers are not stupid and we see what you're doing, which does not serve us, the Customers best interests...customers do not always prioritize cost, there are other measurables that matter more.

Beware of these!SKEENA cerises!! They look like cherries!!! They are not cherries! They do not taste like cherries at all! They come from a place in Washington State!Rainier Fruit Company!!!

Prices over inflated and quality is way down- I went to bakery to request 1/2 loaf of sourdough bread slices and loaf was small for 6-50 and the 1/2 loaf was 3-75, 50 cents more for 1/2 loaf I didn’t buy it rip off employee could not justify the price. Hot foods were dried out from sitting too long and over priced as well. Way too many employees doing nothing at the deli counter one staff member was waiting on customers and talking to another staff member 4 people back there one was working. Maybe this is why prices are higher than any other grocery store. I will stick to shoprite, Trader Joe’s and Aldi

We went to wegmans for the 1st time a few weeks ago....They have a very large store with a lot of interesting /fresh products...The bakery was very large with an excellent keylime pie...along with many other choices...The seafood dept had a lot of choices but prices seemed very high ....We decided to have a late lunch since they have quite a few food dininng options...We got the premade sandwich which was very good..However they had an open buffet .Which we tried .we had their lo main noodles and general chou chicken which seemed that they were sitting for to long..I had a thai dumplimg which was ok but we had their fried peppert im not surefish which was terrible like a rock....Since we were in a hurry to get home i didnt make a complaint until the next day..I spoke to the mgr/customer service and told her about the lomain noodles and general chou chicken which seemed to be sitting for to long..But the main problem was the pepper fried fish which was like a rock ..She told me she would let the food dept know about the food sitting to long..She didnt seem to care or make an offer to make this right..They are a new store and yet the mgr doesnt know how to treat the customer...I would say the employees besides the mgr seemed very nice !But im not sure when my next visit will be to wegmans !!!

Horrible experience,I had ordered a hefty grocery order thru DoorDash,
I paid 25.67 for jumbo shrimp,
They looked just ok frozen
Once cooked they looked like small tiny shrimp, I was having company the next day, one of the apps was shrimp cocktail
I would be embarrassed to serve them!!
So I brought them back to the store
The customer service first said the could not refund being that I ordered it on DoorDash my and the could not help mewas they sold a product claiming they were Jmmbo shrimp and they absolutely were not in any way shape or form the first customer service guy was horrendous and then Joe came and he did issue me a gift card with a deduction of 3.00 and . I thought that they misrepresented the product period
They looked at me like I had four eyes and two heads all said and done
I got the gift card, but it was challenging and they were very kind It wasn’t the point that DoorDash delivered. It was what they were saying. It was the point that their product was not what they said on the package waste of time. I’m never shopping there again.

Wegman's Pharmacy in Montvale overcharges prescription from $1 to $13. They delete your prescription insurance they pretend the customer is uninsured and therefore they overcharge you for your medication. The Wegman's in Montvale does this frequently. Then they act like they are helping you by offering Good RX. Happened last month and a week ago.

Today is 6/5 Friday. I rode my bike to *** on *** and placed my phone in the phone carrier on my bike.

I walked into Wegmans, grabbed a cart with wheels, and began shopping. I picked up $40 crab legs, $40 sirloin steaks (4), $30 salmon steak, brown sugar for $3.79, and went toward the frozen pizza. I then realized I left my cellphone on my bike, so I grabbed my backpack and ran to the nearest exit with hopes my phone was still there when I was accosted and harassed by *** and *** from asset protection. The big POS snatched my backpack from off my back and accused me of stealing, then threatened me not to return inside the store.

When I went back into the store to continue my shopping, the big POS was sitting in my cart, moving it. I told him to get out of my cart; I’m still shopping, to which he responded, 'You've abandoned this because you were stealing, and the police are on their way.' When I told him to show me proof of me stealing, he didn't have a response. I continued my shopping, paid for my items, asked to speak to the manager, and left. They admitted they were profiling me when I asked; they refused to show me video proof, yet still accosted and harassed me and lied.

They should be fired, as clearly these two uneducated POS are not fit for the job.

I've applied for a manager position here and was denied, yet you all hire this trash! Unacceptable.

User's recommendation: Leave BLACK PEOPLE ALONE.

Preferred solution: I would like them FIRED.. because if they're doing it to me.. then they've done it to others.. and its unacceptable..

Wegmans Pros: Good food good quality customer service.

Wegmans Cons: Bad asset protection.

Wegmans is not the same old Wegmans. They have gotten rid of their variety of items from other purveyors , and put in all “Wegmans “ purchases. They have limited variety so you have to buy whatever they feel you should have options for. The produce used to be exceptional, not so much, plus they are always out of things. They used to be one of kind all over our country. I used to brag about them in Florida. No one could ever compare to our Wegmans. They have lost their quality, variety and edge. I have gradually stopped shopping there, and moved on to other stores.
Who ever has taken over, needs to be replaced by the original owner. Publix in Florida is better than Wegmans now. I never ever thought I would say that, but it’s true. There pricing is a lot higher than other grocery stores as well. Bye bye Wegmans. So disappointed and moving on to other options even if I have to go to more than one store. They are trying to monopolize the market with only their products. Un American. 🇺🇸

I love my fudge Bars!!! I buy 2 boxes every 2-3 days. I pay $3.49 for 12 of them..... not anymore apparently....
There are only 8 of them at the SAME price and they taste like crap. Even comparing the boxes the old ones show a deep rich chocolate bar and the new one are lighter in color and just plain gross. I will now have to go around to other grocery stores to find a good one. This was always my one indulgence but no more...Shame on you all for ripping off your faithful customers...I knew when I picked up the box something wasn't right.... again, shame on you....

Wegman's Pharmacy in Montvale has a pharmacy benefit manager.
I always have problems with Maria and Charlynn.
One of them cancelled my prescription insurance to charge me $30 for a $4 prescription.
The other pharmacist creates problems for customer based on her personal opinion of customer and her personal attitude about the medicine itself.
Do not speak to either pharmacist. Discriminatory.

Customer service has tank! After 40 years of being a customer I'm about to leave! I have 7 case numbers with on-line order not going through!. It has to go over to tech department to clear am told due to new system. That's no way true! It's a horrible system and I believe because of merger with instacart. I don't know, but, it's not worth it! Some days I didn't get case #. So there's more.

Camillus, NY. This was a top rated store at one time. I just went there to get a few things. Its 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. They had strawberries on sale. THERE WERE NONE. They were out of 80/20 burger but the senior man that was working there told me to buy it in 1 lb packages.. for more money. NO! There were 6 heads of lettuce in the entire store. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH CAMILLUS!

I ordered through the online ordering service, “Cart2Curb” in Dickson City and it was absolutely horrific. The one guy who brought the groceries out (tall, stubble beard) had a nasty attitude and didn’t even say hello, he literally threw the paper bags in the back and when we went home? You guessed it, stuff was spilt everywhere and when I called the said a manager would call back and never did. This is the second time this happened, first time it was an older-ish blonde girl who was being trained and it was the same situation. I couldn’t get over this guys attitude though, you have the easiest job in the world, take stuff off a shelf and bag it. Maybe act like it too.

UNBELIEVABLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE MISTAKENLY PURCHASED SEVERAL PRODUCE ITEMS THAT WERE ROTTEN THAT I DIDN'T SEE UNTIL I GOT THEM ON THE TRAIN OR HOME. I AM DISABLED. THE LAST CONTAINER OF BLUEBERRIES I BOUGHT FROM THEM WERE ROTTEN AND INSTEAD OF JUST REFUNDING THEM, THEY FORCED ME TO CALL THREE TIMES AND SEND A PORTAL MESSAGE ONLY TO TELL ME I MUST COME BACK TO THE STORE, OVER 100 BLOCKS, TO GET A REFUND FOR SIX FREAKING DOLLARS. SHAME ON THEM. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF THEY TREAT THE DISABLED LIKE THIS, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE THIS.

Went in to Wegmans chili yesterday to return bottles all but one was down all filled, went to service desk told the person there did shopping came back have hour later still down.
