Five star service from Welcome Furniture. Just love the Balmoral range of bedroom furniture. Well made and packaged exceptionally well. Very happy with all my purchases from them and have recommended the same range to my daughter in law who is looking to purchase bedroom furniture for her daughter. She saw mine and fell in love with the Balmoral white gloss range.
Also would have to give the two delivery chaps a five star service as well. Nothing was too much trouble. All the delivery people Welcome Furniture employ are exceptional for their customer service.

Can't fault the two lads that delivered the wardrobe. Nothing was a bother to them and they did what they had to in order to get the wardrobe into the right room. 10/10

Your delivery men were amazing!! We are elderly and use a stair lift, but these two guys managed to work a way around it and placed everything in place as we needed. They were so neat and tidy, clearing up and removing all packaging. And of course, the bedroom furniture looks wonderful. Thank you for good value and customer care!!

Polite staff did their job quickly and very efficiently without cutting any corners good old fashioned workers that certainly looked as if they enjoyed their work.

I am very happy with my bedroom furniture set in dove grey lovely colour and quality - the delivery drivers deserve a shout out Mike & Tomos are a credit to your company… my staircase is small and windy at the bottom and they had to take the door off the wardrobe to get it upstairs they then put it back together and were very professional with outstanding customer service.. I ordered a wardrobe for my daughter who lives in supported living. On the Monday before the delivery was due on the Wednesday the delivery driver said he could deliver a day early. After explaining the situation with regards to where my daughter lives I said if you have any problems call me. The day of delivery they were running late and I called them to see if they were still coming. After delivery the delivery man rang and said it had all be delivered and doors and handles were on. He then proceeded to tell me how lovely my daughter was. He went above and beyond his job. Thanks.

My drawers arrived right on time I perfect condition. Exactly how I expected them to be. I love them. The walnut colour is gorgeous. The handles are stylish. The drawers are so well made. im extremely happy with them.

Very well made furniture for the bedroom only complaint I have is that there is a small crack in one of the wardrobe doors

Do not use this company. I ordered a three piece bedroom package from Very. It arrived in a disgusting condition. I arranged a return for a refund. On the day they were supposed to collect the items they did not turn up. I emailed and phoned got no answer.

The real standout, though, was their determination and care. Faced with a challenging delivery route involving tight corners, low ceilings, and multiple flights of awkward stairs, they didn’t flinch. Instead of giving up or forcing the item through, they thoughtfully removed doors and carefully manoeuvred the product with impressive precision and respect for my home.

Firstly, regarding delivery. I was kept informed in good time throughout of the delivery schedule. The item arrived on time, in spite of several local traffic diversions! The two young men who arrived were most pleasant and friendly. Only one of them was required to bring the chest of drawers in and he was most helpful, offering to put the item in any room I wished. Brilliant service and on top of that, I am very pleased indeed with the excellent quality of the chest of drawers.

The 2 guys who delivered my wardrobe were excellent as they were beyond helpful as they even had to take down my disabled handrails to get the wardrobe up the stairs.
They were so polite.

Staff delivering my order were very well mannered They took order directly to location in my home..

The drivers didn’t even call my intercom and have dumped the boxes outside of my front door which is not acceptable as It’s a fire hazard and normally the drivers come in and unpack it for me as im disabled and can’t do it myself so the drivers need to come back to bring the goods inside my flat and put them where they are supposed to be. This needs to be done today as boxes are not allowed here to be left outside my front door due to fire hazard.
