The day I went in for my appt was pretty busy but Richard Davis kept us apprised of what was going on and he made sure that I knew what was the most importantly thing to get on the car after inspection. Very caring gentleman.

Service Manager Roland went above and beyond to find a noise in my car. He personally took a drive with me to locate and find the noise and fix the problem the next day.

Joe was great. Got my brakes fixed under #Warranty out of there in a relatively fast time. The mechanic was solid always the same.

The advisor went through the recommended work to be done on the car taking the time to research the history of the work performed. This gave me confidence on what needed to be done and what could be postponed to a larer date.

Mahmood was my salesman by chance as he pleasantly greeted me as I was walking up to the show room. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mahmood and trading my Camry in and replacing it with a new Tacoma. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and made everything happen with no pressure just listening to my needs and wants. No pressure to over sell me at all. I would recommend to request Mahmood for his excellent service when you need your next reliable Toyota.

Courtesy of our Toyota rep that worked with us. . Time line of our service, fact that fluids were filled on arrival. Young man that greeted us had a very heavy accent. A little difficult to understand.
