Everyone at this location is the best!
Ness as my sales representative has always been fantastic. Even though he has sold me a car almost a year ago he still continuously checks in on me to see if there is anything he can assist with. He also is a friendly face to see and speak with when I come in for service. Alexander is my go to service representative as well- he is efficient and honest and gets me out the door quickly.

I was happy with the service that was done to my car. Car felt like its just driven off the lot. Joseph was great, he took me through all the repairs that was needed to be done, and kept me abreast each step every time.

They found the Prius I wanted
I wanted the Limited version of the Prius which has all the features that I wanted, and even though they didn't have one in their inventory, they found one at another dealer and while it was supposed to take a couple weeks to arrive, it showed up faster than expected. And it's a lovely car.

Helped us out in a pickle!
Had a blowout and got the car towed to Wesley Chapel Toyota to check it over and to put a new tire on. It was mid afternoon on a Saturday and they were so kind and were able to do the check to okay the mechanical parts, get a new tire on, and get us back on the road.
