After an extensive search for the perfect car, my wife finally discovered a promising option at Wheatley Car Centre. Intrigued by the vehicle, she decided to visit the dealership for a closer look. Upon arrival, she was greeted by Gareth, who was more than willing to answer all her questions about the car's features and history. Impressed by the vehicle, she decided to reserve it and later returned home to finalize the process by placing a deposit.

While the initial experience was quite positive, we encountered some challenges with communication throughout the process. We were aware that Gareth was unwell, which may have contributed to the lack of updates, but it still felt somewhat inadequate. On the day we went to collect the car, we experienced a significant hiccup: there was no paperwork ready for us. Another salesperson had to spend time searching for the necessary documents, which was a bit disconcerting.

That said, I must emphasize that the car itself is fantastic. We were pleased that the salespeople at Wheatley Car Centre were not pushy; they respected our decision-making process throughout the journey. However, there were instances where we had to take the initiative to check on the status of our deposit, as we didn't receive proactive updates.

Despite these communication issues, I would consider using Wheatley Car Centre again in the future. This was my second experience with them, and both times, the cars I purchased were exceptional. I would also definitely recommend them to others, as I believe that their quality of cars outweighs the minor setbacks we experienced.

We bought a lovely Mini from this dealer. Although nearly 9 years old, it is low mileage and was extremely well kept. Kiran and Lorraine greatly helped us with the purchase which took a bit longer than anticipated due to some minor repairs which needed doing before we took delivery. This is a small dealer but I could see from reviews before we visited that they are well respected (unlike many others).

From the moment I found my car I have had exceptional service from Wheatley car centre. I reserved my car and then went to view and test drive, I live on the South coast of Hampshire, so had a bit of a drive, on arrival we were greated by Gareth who was friendly and gave us all the time we needed to look around the car with no pressue, we eventually took the car for a drive and wow, it was like driving a brand new car.
I then had to arrange using public transport a few weeks later to pick the car up but could'nt easily get to the centre, so Craig arranged to pick me up from a local Bus Park and Ride and took me to the centre, we completed the sale and I am a very happy customer.
My car was presented well, was serviced and MOT'd ready for me to drive away. All my questions and concerns were answed by Craig, Gareth and Kiran on the lead up or during the purchase.
I would highly recomend Wheatley car centre to be a trusted car dealership (few and far between these days)! Well done Wheatley Car Centre, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Would do business again, even with the long distance.

They couldn't do enough for us, really friendly. Prepared the car like a new one, and fetched us from the station. The car even had a ribbon on it for our anniversary. And when a fault that neither they nor we had noticed with the car arose, that couldn't reasonably be put right, they agreed to buy back the car for the full price we paid, without fuss or argument.and gave us a lift back to the station. I can't praise them highly enough. I'd definitely buy from them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I bought a Fiat 500 for my daughter from Wheatley last year. It has had a couple of issues, but Wheatley have been amazing - issues fixed, courtesy car given, and they fixed all under warranty - despite the problem being intermittent and continuing after the warranty expired. Amazing service!

Since buying my car from wheatley back in 2021 I have had many problems which I have taken it back many times and was told nothing wrong with it I finally had enough and got further advice via another garage which stated you need a new engine that was 1st problem after taking it bk many times saying its using 1.5 litres of oil each month ( not a issue that's normal ) apparently, then I had knocking on passengers side took it back and again nothing wrong, and then less than 10 months down the line after having nearly every bit of the car done in engine bay and suspension the water pump they replaced has failed ! Rang them and was told we can't fit u in go else where. Sales team (Chris) was amazing but can't say much for the after care.

Friendly and very helpful. All staff were lovely and given a lot of amenities, didn't end up buying a car but know where I'm going next!
