Everything about this service is poor
Everything about this service is poor, poor communication, poor reps, always reffered to the live chat even if it wasnt manned. to top it all off, i didnt get my full deposit back, not because of my room, but because of an issue (that hasnt fully been explained) in someone elses room, who were on the same group trip even though I didnt know them.
Just avoid like the plague.

I've had a great experience organising ski trips with Whiteroad. I have organized groups as big as 85 and the entire experience is made easy with whiteroad. They are great at communicating. Always quick same hour responses. WhatsApp and email friendly. The options for trips are fantastic. And the support at the resort is amazing

Amazing week in L2A
Amazing week in L2A. Whiteroad made sure all the stings were pulled in the background for us to seamlessly enjoy our time in resort. From the boring stuff such as ski hire, to lively events and apres spots: you can trust that these guys have it sorted. The reps were always on hand to bring the vibe and troubleshoot where necessary; a big thank you to Sierra, Louise, Ellie, Lottie and Frankie to name a few! Events were great and well.organised, with a great ticketing system for everything (events, equipment, lift passes, transport)
The only thing I'd fault is the app itself didn't have the same info as the website, seems it's populated differently which is a bit of a nuisance for events and equipment hire.

WhiteRoad experience
Our group (Ctrl.Alt.Ski) used WhiteRoad on our recent trip to Les Deux Alpes and they did not disappoint.
The app is super helpful and clear for updates. Calls are made when people appear late to agreed locations (much better than no contact at all) and the reps were genuinely there to help!
Also they know how to
a) make sure you have fun
b) have fun themselves.
Love to see it, highly reccomend!

ctrl.altconnect trip launch!
Planning, preperation and execution of our ctrl.altconnect launch trip could not have gone better. Finn, Brad, Issy and the rep team such as Louise, Lottie, Sierra and Frankie made our week in L2A both a breeze and huge success. This is down to a number of factors such as their formidable experience in doing these sorts of trips, as well as the environment and can do attitude they create in resort.
I would highly recommend Whiteroad for your ski trip. I look forward to collaborating many more years to come.

Poor events and deposit refund issues
Events organised on our trip during the week were poor. Food was warm and tiolets were blocked.
Accomdation was really poor. We are all middle aged (or near) and yet we had accomodation arranged for kids sharing bunk beds and pull out sofa beds!
Deposits were held after the trip and not fully refunded.Reason was: "Communal charge: Excessive charges for Billy Snow Mates Group". Everyone in the party of 150 people was stung and not reason was given.

We are sorry that you feel like events and accommodation were not up to your expectations.
It would be great if you could please provide feedback in depth via our post-trip survey if you haven't already on events. We can then take this to suppliers to ensure that the same problems do not arise in the future.
For the accommodation, we book this in collaboration with your group leader when organising the trip, and so the occupancy and bed layout are agreed from the start. For this specific trip, we arranged apartments at under occupancy - 50% to minimise use of bunks and sofa beds as per the request of your group during organisation. We do our best to include details in the booking process so that this is clear to all passengers when booking that they may be using bunks/sofas in some instances.
We understand you may be displeased with the charges for the damages to the residence, but as agreed in our T&Cs when you book onto the trip, the group are laible for any charges, and WhiteRoad cannot be held accountable for this.
If you would like to escalate anything further, please reach out to us at help@whiteroad.co.uk, where someone from our team will be able to break this down further for you.

Second time travelling with this company, theres a repeated lack of communication, appalling rep experience on many occasions and now to top it all my deposit is being withheld as someone in a group of 200 had a toilet blockage. We are all being expected to pay for a plumbing issue !!
Avoid this company !
Farcical lack of customer service.

We are always looking to improve, and so your feedback is valued. Please can you reach out to us at help@whiteroad.co.uk, and we will be happy to explore how we can improve communications.
Our rep team is reviewed every week, and if the feedback is poor, then they will not be used again. We measure this through passenger feedback forms, so the best way of logging your complaints is to complete this form if you haven't already, and we can assess the requirements moving forward.
For damage deposits, we always aim for returns to happen within 14 days post-trip; however, if there are charges that we are trying to contest on the group's behalf, then it can take longer to get these back to you. Once the matter is settled, we always aim to return as soon as possible, and this has now been processed and returned.
Unfortunately, in this case, the group was charged as a whole, as no individual was found responsible. As per our T&Cs, this charge was then split across the group.

Found that the organisation was great
Found that the organisation was great, made the trip to Les 2 Alpes very pleasant.
A point to improve would be the naming of outbound and inbound from airport to resort to be switched around as it's confusing in its current form. Another improvement would be making the events and transportation tickets slightly more intuitive by adding arrows or some texts to show more the other pages/tickets. This doesn't take anything away from the experience.

Great time out in L2A on the CtrlAltSki trip with WhiteRoad. Frankie sorted me out from the very start whilst helping me get organised on the right bus, to ensuring I had access to the last party. All the reps - Sierra, Lauren and lottie - were so friendly and welcoming and were always there to support a smooth and fun trip

Great reps
Highlight of the trip was definitely the reps. Especially Lou Wallace! Was there anytime we needed anything, gave us the best recommendations and just had a great time with the group!

The trip was exactly as advertised
The trip was exactly as advertised. The add-ons, transfers etc. were all well-organised and ticketed through the app. Overall a very ‘well-oiled machine’.
Additionally , despite our corporate trip being smaller than others , Issy was super responsive in the lead up to the trip and Patsy frequently checked-in with us at our accom.

Amazing reps and expertise
Ellie, Louise, Frankie, Lottie and Ben were our reps for our work holiday and were really awesome with looking after us and making our trip feel special. Had an amazing time and the WhiteRoad guys looked after us and got involved with everything we did.
