Whiteroad we're so great and all of their reps were so nice, especially Louise! The reps were always welcoming and very easy to talk to.

Amazing group of reps, super helpful and fun, knew all the best places to go on and off the slopes.

Sick trip once again! WhiteRoad reps always keen to help especially Ellie and Louise!

All the Whiteroad representatives were so outgoing and really great conversationalists - never a dull moment with them.

They were easy to connect with and a lot of fun all while maintaining an air of professionalism and guidance.

My only complaint is one of them took my where's Wally hat 😞😅.

A special mention to Cam who was great company while a few of us waited for our rooms to be ready.

All in all, had an amazing time and looking forward to sharing the slopes with them again.

This has been one of the best weeks of my life. The Whiteroad team has been amazing, they have the knowledge, the contacts, the network. They know the best activities, places, and events. Lottie and Ellie helped me out so much! They were amazing!

Great experience! Before the trip it was very easy as Whiteroad sorted everything. Then on the trip everything went to plan and the reps were great - very helpful and a good laugh - especially Louise and Sasha!!

I’ve been on a fair few ski trips, but this one takes the cake. An inclusive community with ctrl.alt.connect and some incredible reps to help make the trip the best it can be. Louise, Ben, Josh, Sierra, Frankie, and Lottie! They have been incredible this week and made me feel so included and I have enjoyed every second!

The team at Whiteroad were so helpful and were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our trip to Alpe D'huez. Ruth was a star!

We came out with jaguar Land Rover for a week in les duex alpes and icl this week has been class. My mate Ben has done everything he can to make this the best week. If I come again Ben better be there.

Sierra! She was the best rep I've ever met! She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond! She was so welcoming and was a legend! 10/10 if you meet her be lucky to be in her presence!

Had a great ski trip in alpe d’huez with whiteroad, helpful staff and just a super holiday!! my favourite holiday ever as someone who’s never skiid

Poor communication from Whiteroad, overcharged for the add-ons that were poor in quality. The reps are very young and whilst they were cheerful and impressive for their age and experience, (working during university holidays) they didn't know the resort, the location of bus stops or pick-up points and we're always directing us to the AI chat feature in the app. They really didn't add much.

I paid £109 for Gold skis (2nd tier) through whiteroad, and was issued Black skis (3rd tier) in resort. The skis were tatty and not what I am used to for that price. When accepting the skis, I signed a receipt showing that the skis I hired cost Whiteroad €58 (£50) I raised with the hire shop who directed back to Whiteroad (who have only confirmed I received the correct skis and questioned how I found out about the price I saw).

There were several other add-on options that were disappointing including a fondue night that required catching 2 buses each way (and waiting 30 minutes in the cold for a connection late at night), I didn't go on this trip but others did and regretted it.

The cobra sledding event was fun, but we were given no instruction on how to get there.

I would urge anyone travelling with Whiteroad to book any extras or ski hire directly and avoid the middleman. If you have experience of a resort already, you'll probably be fine with the limited information from the reps but if you are new or nervous, you'll end up feeling quite lost.

I had an incredible experience during my corporate trip with White Road. Everything was exceptionally well organised, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

I genuinely loved every moment of the trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.!

Our rep Ruth was amazing, I had her all the way from the coach up where she had to deal with an awkward driver (which she handled amazingly). She was also my room rep and made us all feel so at home and helped with any issues we came across. She even helped us tidy up at the end of our stay. Outstanding service and would definitely recommend to others.

Whiteroad handled a massive group of us (200-300) pretty flawlessly, organised events and even had people looking out for those among us who maybe got a little bit too pickled.

Our room rep, Ruth, was super friendly and helpful but also professional when she had to ask us to turn the music down after 10pm.
