Bathroom feature LED lighting
I wanted some led feature lights for our new bathroom but needed help with specifications, IP ratings and basically everything. Simon from WLED couldn't have been more helpful, taking the time to understand our exact requirements and then putting together a pack with everything I needed, already cut to the correct sizes.
My electrician found the kits very easy to install, and the finished result is exactly what I wanted.
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Lighting Advice
I came to this website with a question about how best to improve an unsatisfactory lighting set-up. I came through to Dan, who proved to be helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Working with him I came to a much better understanding of my options and am now much clearer as to the best way forward. I'm profoundly grateful.

The product description on your website at no point refers to the product being damaged/faulty/not fit for purpose - it being listed as clearance gives no indication that it’s worthless and does not give you the right to sell a defective product to a consumer.

Hi Janet, firstly our apologies for the level of service you have received. Having taken a look at your order, the reason for the condition of the product was because it is in fact a clearance product - these are all products that we cannot sell as brand new, so we offer them at discounted rates. Either way, the customer services team will be in touch with you about this issue. The WLED Team.

Used this company twice for LED lamps that I couldn’t get from my local electrical trade branch that I have accounts with, customer service was first class, and they still had on their system my orders from 15 months ago which helped me get the correct lamps for my customer, saving me a visit to the customer to check what type of lamps I needed.
