Wholesale LED Lights Avis

I decided to brighten up my fireplace by adding a cob strip light along the underside of the mantle shelf but did not want battery or USB powered. I also wanted to be able to dim the light if possible so I emailed explaining what I wanted to do, asking for advice and received a reply from Dee. A couple more emails followed as Dee replied to my queries and I then placed my order (which arrived very speedily). Dee was so helpful because I had no idea what I needed to order and I am now quite sure that my fireplace is going to look much cosier in the evenings. I would also add that the price, delivery and service from Wled is excellent.

Spoke with a very friendly and helpful member of staff today. Nothing was too much trouble and all my requirements were easily sorted.
Great company to deal with.

Simon was very knowledgeable about the lighting being supplied and very helpful also. He was a pleasure to deal with.👍

I am a returning customer to Wholesale LED Lights, and the service is always outstanding.
The LED strips and all the other associated products are a great quality, and I am absolutely happy with them.
Dee has supported me on two different projects now. For my first project, I wanted to find the best items for my living room LED strips.
More recently, I needed lighting for my kitchen cabinets.
On both occasions, I provided my own sketch and ideas of what I wanted, and and Dee provided brilliant support and technical advice to ensure everything worked perfectly for my setups.

I spoke to 2 members of staff at this company and they were both excellent. Didn’t really know what I needed. But very satisfied with what they advised me to buy.

As someone who did not have a clue what I needed or the best set up for our kitchen the whole process has been brilliant. I have had clear, informative advice and they even built my basket for me. I desperately needed the parts and they went above and beyond to ensure I had my order the next day. Id recommend this company to anyone needing quality items with customer service to match.

Ordered the lights and fitted them myself and they look great. Had a small technical issue which was resolved quickly. Very helpfull tech support.

Just ordered my LED lights for my kitchen. Spoke to Simon who was extremely knowledgeable and new exactly what was required. Order placed and being despatched super quick. Great Company. Thank you

Been looking to install LED strip lights in our shower/bath niches for some time. Spoke to Simon and he’s advice and service was First class.
He talked me through exactly what I would need, gave me every single information that I needed and more. A credit to deal with, my company will now be using Simon on a weekly basis for more bathroom projects
Thank you once again Simon

Ordered late Friday and delivered Monday morning, well happy with the quality of the items and price.
Many Thanks

After searching and searching the whole of the interweb for what i thought i wanted i ended up with more questions than answers. The direct messaging service with these guys was invaluable. Almost real time replies to my questions but with actual solutions and posted links on what to order. I wouldn’t say i was behind the times technology related but crikey the more reading and research really left me with more questions. Hats off to Simon who has absolutely earned his smile money on my specific set up. Thanks and thanks again. 5 absolute bostin stars. And a 6th for Simon. Thanks once more!

I have been using Wled for some 14 years now for different Led units I had a unit fail after 13 years which it truly a great length of time which the units last I went to WLED and seen Simon who sorted some units to colour match the unit which had failed, got excellent service from Simon and the units are arriving by courier this morning. A great company who sell excellent products

Spoke to both Dee and Simon. Knowledgeable and provided sound advice. Will use again.

The sales team are really helpful, they took the time to talk me through the different parts I would need for my lighting project. From order to delivery was only two working days, everything arrived well packaged.

I would have ordered the wrong bits But Simon was very helpful and e mailed me the links For the parts that I required.

Dee was really helpful with my problem regarding an installed LED strip lighting. I sent a photo of the problem and they messaged me back imminently and sent a replacement. Excellent service.

Ordered a LED set for my new media wall. Initially was unsure how to set everything up but WLED helped me with the whole process from design to installation. I had an issue with the Zigbee controller connecting to my router as it apparently only works on 2.4ghz frequency. Once this was altered it worked perfectly. One of the LED strips had a slight fault and I reported this back to customer service. Dee replied quickly and sorted me out with a replacement strip. Thanks again.

The customer service is excellent. Dee was able to provide me with practical solutions for my order and complete my lighting project.

I purchased lights from Simon a few years ago and wanted to replace some items, he couldn't have been more helpful although the products I originally purchases were unavailable, but others were suggested and on their way! Excellent service.

Dee called me within 20 minutes of me placing an order and highlighted things I had overlooked. I decided to completely change the order so he went through each thing, calculated what I required, offered decent advice from his experience, and I came away really pleased (and a lot poorer lol). I have had led strips and aluminium profiles from them before (plaster in) and they are great quality and look perfect
