Wholesale LED Lights Avis

First off the staff are brilliant. You don't have to be an expert on lighting. You tell them what you want to do then they help make your project come to life.
I wanted lighting in my dresser.
The tape LED was deemed the product off choice as the tape was primed to peel the back off and push the tape into position.
My particular tape sadly didn't stick but with a few drops of super glue all was well.
My wife and I are thrilled with what has been created.
This is not my first purchase from this company and it won't be my last.
Summary high quality products sold by a team that are able to translate your dreams into reality.

Simon was brilliant from start to finish. We’re renovating the living room, lowering the ceiling and building a media wall, and I only had a rough idea of what I wanted for the LED strip lighting.

Simon gave excellent advice and guidance, explaining the options clearly and helping me decide what would work best. I’m really looking forward to seeing the lights installed and would happily recommend him.

Simon handled my enquiry efficiently, politely and professionally. A pleasure to speak with him

Looking to buy COB strip lighting for my kitchen which has 7 seperate small areas I did not want to buy the lighting without some help. Simon was very helpful selecting the items i would need, thank you. Hoping all works out well when delivered

Excellent service and Simon was very helpful.

Due to a stock issue I needed to amend my order, Simon was very helpful during the process. I will continue to use WLED for all of my requirements.

Always been impressed with the service at WLED. Dee and Simon have always been really flexible and helpful with any request I have and some have been very last minute but they have always come through. Very much recommend

I was really impressed with Wled. Simon was very helpful with my order - and very patient with my lack of knowledge. The cob lighting arrived really fast, but it took me a while to get them fitted - although it was a really simple job for someone with a tiny bit of knowledge. But I am absolutely thrilled with them, really sets off my larder unit, and so easy to see everything.

I selected a number of products and Simon was very helpful in drafting an order to ensure I had everything I needed.

Excellent service.

Spoke to Simon, helped me out getting exactly what i needed. Was a little confused at first as first time I've done this time of lighting but now its all sorted.

Was struggling with the website But after a phone call, a gentleman named simon was extremely helpful. And would highly recommend him

I was very impressed with the service I received from Dee at Wholesale Led Lights.
Dee went above and beyond to help me with my order so I would definitely recommend this company.

I buy occaisionally for work projects and Simon is always very helpful and the cost is competitive

Called spoke to Simon. Very helpful. Got exactly what I needed

Wouldn't bother with these guys. They give fast delivery and good advice but ultimately soldering on led strips has been poor and I've had numerous repairs. But the thing that's troubled me the most is selling me their expensive drivers which have failed and they are not honouring a replacement. Originally pitched to me as having a 5 year warranty, and upon making a claim, they say it's not automatic and I had to fill out a form. Hey? Is that how these guys treat customers? I've made numerous large orders in the past but won't be anymore.

Simon was incredibly helpful setting up the design of the lighting for our kitchen. Very patient and gave plenty of good advice on the best options to acheive what we were looking for - even arrnaging for samples to test out the options. Great service, denfinitely recommend to anyone considering installing LED lighting.

Light switch’s took ages to arrive, one switch needed to be sent back I was told a charge of 15% admin would be put on and I would have to pay for the packaging and postage to send it back. Switch was sent back 3 weeks ago still haven’t received a partial refund.

Thanks for replying to the review however after 3 weeks I’m yet to receive my money back?

Simón was extremely helpful from the minute I called and spoke to him, to placing the order, he was professional courteous and very knowledgeable. Huge credit to WLED for employing such a perfect salesman. Thank you.

I’ve just ordered from Wholesale LED Lights and was really impressed with the whole experience. The service was genuinely friendly and professional, and Simon in particular was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to work through my specific requirements rather than pushing a generic solution. He was very accommodating with measurements and technical details, which made the process much easier. I’d have no hesitation recommending Wholesale LED Lights to anyone.

I dealt with Simon, who was very patient understanding and knowledgeable. Whole process was a good experience and made me glad I had done to this company.
