Can't replace a kitchen door without buying full units. So if anything happens after purchase you are stuck with the whole lot! They buy from an outside supplier and do not stock the spare parts.

Great service as usual
I have been to Wicks at Pontefract several times this past week and the service was excellent. Deb at the tills is always chatty and helped me find what I was looking for. She even saved me some money in locating some discounted items. Much better service than I received another hardware store.

Pontefract Store
Pontefract Store, getting to be a regular thing coming here for supplies for my daughter’s house renovation. Good selection of materials at good prices. Deb is the one who usually serves us, very helpful and polite.

Very helpful & friendly Deb
Called in for Storm dry which is quite expensive, the lady serving (Deb) asked me if I had a trade card, she signed me up and I saved £8.50. Deb was really helpful & friendly the sign up took a few minutes. Thank you Deb x

Been to the Pontefract store multiple times over the last few weeks and Deb is always very helpful, friendly ... I used to avoid this store but not any more!

Kitchen design
Steve has helped myself and my partner to pick and design our new kitchen, from start to finish he was absolutely brilliant, he has designed a kitchen that has filled the space while still looking absolutely fantastic. From myself and my partner thank you very much!

Fabulous service from Vicki
I was helped by a lovely lady called Vicki , a kitchen and bathroom advisor at the pontefract branch a few weeks ago and was so impressed I went back today . I couldn’t have made my choices without her, she’s a great asset to Wickes.
