I ordered two white blinds they were just what I expected good quality. Fitted perfectly .

The samples arrived in good time and I wasn't hassled with follow up emails. When I'd made my choice, the blinds arrived on time, well packaged and delivered to my front door. This is the second time I've ordered from Wilsons Blinds and would recommend them to my friends.

Came within agreed time frame. Updates were given in between ordering and delivery. Product was well made and easy to put up. Good value for money.

We have used Wilson's blinds for many years now for 'made to measure' blinds. They have an extensive range of quality products at competitive prices. We had some problems with our recent order as when the blind was delivered it did not match the sample provided beforehand. This took a while to sort out but customer services could not have been more helpful. They provided regular updates. In the end we ordered an alternative, cheaper, fabric and Wilson's were very prompt in giving us a refund. All in all we are very satisfied with the service given and with our new blind.

The original order was completed accurately and quickly. However, I made a mistake with the colour. Nevertheless, Wilsons kindly agreed to only charge me half price for the replacement order. I found customer services very helpful and friendly.

Received 3 wooden blinds and 2 were amazing but the other one had a faulty mechanism and some of the lattes had black marks all over them which won’t clean off. Reported this with photos and customer services agreed that it should be replaced but the production team denied this. I’m still stuck with this blind and I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me with the news that I want. Be very careful when ordering as if there is a fault certain departments don’t take responsibility for their incompetence and shoddy work
