Wilsons Blinds Avis 

We found the whole experience very straight forward, we had one query, prior to placing our order, this was answered clearly and concisely when we phoned Wilsons Blinds. Our blinds, arrived a few days prior to the delivery date quoted, we were made aware of that via an email. The blinds were delivered by DPD, their tracking service was very informative and it was easy to change the delivery date with them, as we were not available on the date arranged. The blinds were very easy to install and the quality is extremely good. We ordered the faux wood 50mm slat venetiian blinds in Crystal White, they are lovely, we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Wilsons!

There was a problem with my order but Chanel in customer service sorted it very quickly, professionally and efficiently.

I ordered 2 Blackout Roller blind 1st they didn't execute the payments so after a week or so I had to repeat the order their representative acknowledged they had the order but the payment I made was not executed for some e misfunction,
Now order was delayed.
I couldn't cancel my holiday So when order was delivered I couldn't check it.
After the fitters install them my client discovered that it was not a Blackout as ordered.
Now waiting for their Customer Service to respond.

I've used Wilson blinds quite a few times, excellent quality, quick delivery and very sturdy blinds. Give them the measurements and you will receive you're blinds ready to fit. With no hassle at all with hanging you're blinds. Great product and great service

Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. Ordered two blinds, one of which was defective. Back and forth with customer services, and I mean back and forth to 'prove' the fault. Was told that the production team said it was my fault in the way I'd installed the louvres to the runner. Was told at one point that a replacement was being shipped, proceded to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive. Finally became impatient and messaged customer services to find out that it hadn't been processed and that they required videos of the problem: the blinds don't open fully. I sent those videos 2 weeks ago now and have just received a replacement today. The replacement works but it has a slight dent in the top, which honestly i'm just going to deal with rather than go through the pain of sorting anything out with this terrible company. 6 weeks it's been since the blinds first arrived, absolute farce.

Great product

The blinds are really lovely and I love the tapes on them. They took quite s while to come and I was told they needed some parts. However they then arrived within 2/3 days which was great, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Wilson’s again!

Lamp shade arrived promptly and it was made to a good standard

Any blinds that I have ordered (5) have come when you have said and always been of good quality and fitted well.

Nice blinds. have five already and went to buy a sixth one. Sadly they have increased in price quite a lot which has made me hesitate. last blind cost £55 but now the same blind is £79.

I placed an order for a sample mid August which never arrived, I emailed and they said they would sent it again but still nothing arrived. I emailed to check the address was correct and they said it was but never follow up to make sure I had received it so I placed a second order a week ago and I am still waiting in anticipation.
