Ordered Alkar mirror number 6401986 for left side of T4 vw transporter, which is listed as fitting a rhd model van.
The mirror does not fit. It appears to be for a LHD model.

How unfortunate that the part didn't fit the vehicle. I looked at how the art is listed on the website, but the site does say that the part is for vehicles with the wheel on the left side. I can image that you don't expect parts to show on the side that are for vehicles with the wheel on the left.
The reason that it shows up is that in theory, it does fit the model, just not this specific chassisnumber. Our system can not always find the difference in that as suppliers often leave out this information. Apologies for the confusion.

While most of our order arrive on the expected delivery date, sometimes a parcel can experience a delay during transport. Unfortunately these delays can not be predicted beforehand. The delivery company will keep you up to date about your parcel in the track and trace that you receive the moment the order is dispatched.
We understand that delays like these are frustrating and if it were up to us we would like every order to arrive in time. But unfortunately, there can be a lot of factors that can affect the delivery time. Therefore these delays are a always a risk when ordering online.
You mentioned that UPS keeps rescheduling the delivery. If this keeps happening, please feel free to contact our customer service so we can help you further.

Delivery service isn't reliable
Order should be delivered 12/05 according to the website during ordering, paid 2x time more for the part compare to another suppliera because of this fast delivery, however today is 15/05 and the order hasn't delivered yet. Schedule for delivery tomorrow during the day. Update: the part was delivered 198/05, this is 6 days late

Only issue is that the delivery was a bit slower than expected

When I ordered the item the delivery date was said to be 30th April. UPS may deliver it by 5th May. No way would I have bought it from you had I realised you mislead your customers. Also your Website win parts.ie gives the impression you are located in Ireland. I will make that clear to people on social media that you are located in the Netherlands.

I see that UPS tried to deliver your order but that there was no one there to receive it. You can create a new delivery appointment via the Track & Trace that we sent you.
