Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!
If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I waited two weeks for my parts, only to receive an email claiming they had left the warehouse. However, the UPS tracking showed something completely different – just that a label had been created.
When I contacted customer service, it turned out they didn’t even have my parts in stock! They just apologized, but if I hadn't investigated it myself, I’d probably still be waiting. Because of their incompetence, I had to cancel a pre-booked appointment with my mechanic.
To make matters worse, they didn't even issue a refund automatically, so I had to open a dispute on PayPal to get my money back. I strongly advise against buying from this company. TOTAL DISASTER!

We are very sorry to hear about this frustrating experience and the cancellation of your mechanic appointment. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your anger.
To explain what happened: when our system marks an order as dispatched, the label is printed and the package is prepared for collection. Once this process is initiated, the order is locked in our system and cannot be canceled immediately. The package must first be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be issued automatically.
However, we deeply regret that you were left in the dark regarding the stock status and tracking updates. This should have been communicated much better, and you should not have had to investigate this yourself or open a PayPal dispute to speed up the process. We will use your feedback to improve our communication and handling of these situations.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, vehicle recognition which guarantee parts, dispatch is really fast and delivery was also very fast. Everything was 100% I will definitely be back!

The company presents itself as an Irish company but has no stiock in Ireland
The company presents itself as an Irish company with a .ie domain name. I ordered parts and paid 12.99 for UPS delivery as I needed it urgently. I assumed, incorrectly obviously, that the part was in stock and expected it in a few days. The order showed a shipping date of 29 May. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the tracked to see an expected delivery date of 08 June ! It seems it was shipped from a warehouse in the Netherlands. I would expect that the minimum would be to present an expected delivery date to the client before the order is accepted so the client has a choice. I had just cancelled an Amazon order, with a confirmed delivery of June 04 to support an Irish company.

Price +shipping was good but the delivery time is ridiculous. The only reason I purchased was the delivery date was supposed to be 01/06 but didn’t arrive and still hasn’t upon writing this review 2 days past expected delivery the shipping times giving are incorrect. they didn’t ship the item for 2 days after purchase Very disappointed about this this I could have purchased elsewhere with true shipping times. Won’t be using again

How unfortunate that you had this experience with us. We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this isn’t always possible. The shipping process is very delicate. If something goes wrong at any stage, it can easily lead to delays. This could happen at our warehouse or with the carrier, for example. Often, this is due to unforeseen circumstances. When a package is delayed, we are, of course, very disappointed. We are therefore continuing to work on improving our delivery times so that we can be even faster in the future.

I ordered an alternator on 18 May
I ordered an alternator on 18 May. It was supposed to be shipped on 21 May, but it still has not been dispatched.
Because of this delay, I had to postpone my NCT appointment and pay additional fees.
For over a week, I have been given different explanations. First I was told the order would be shipped "tomorrow", then that it was "on the schedule", and now I am being told there is an issue with my address, even though it is a UPS collection point.
Despite the order not being shipped, my request for a refund has been refused.
What disappointed me the most is the lack of communication. At no point did anyone apologise for the delay or proactively contact me to explain the situation.
The customer service chat is also extremely frustrating to use. Conversations are repeatedly interrupted, agents leave without fully answering questions, and getting clear information about an order feels unnecessarily difficult.
I am very disappointed with the communication and the handling of this order. I will not be ordering from this website again.

How unfortunate that you have this experience with us. First of all I want to apologise for all the inconvenience. We try to give the best customer service to our customers so it is sad to see that this doesn't always workout.
I agree that we should indeed keep the customer in the loop for all the details regarding the order. We have an automatic system that should update the customer when an order has been delayed but the e-mails from this system seem to sometimes get stuck or end up in the spam.
I can completely understand that it is frustrating that your order keeps getting delayed without any information or clear answer from the customer service. It can ofcourse be that we don't have more information than the customer at that point, but ofcourse this can not always be excuse.
We are very sorry for the whole situation and like to see if we can compensate you in a way. Could you send us an e-mail on reviews@winparts.nl?

Wrong parts sent
Ordered parts using the registration plate number. Received the box three days later than advised. Got the vehicle prepped on axle stands opended box and initially noticed that the brake discs were unvented. I checked the docket which looked correct Nissan Qashqai J11 so rang the Netherlands number and was advised to go on returns portal. In meantime checked the individual boxes and the labels said Kia Cerato not Nissan. Had a hell of a job navigating the return portal and engagement with Edwin the chat bot so rang again - the people were polite (hence one star) so I completed thr return form to a fashion and got an email say that they are reveiwing it and will get back me in up to 3 days - what the hell! Their mistake not mine and they hold on to my €72 ?? Something wrong - so stick to over counter purchase or tried and tested source.

Perhaps our warehouse collected and shipped the wrong part to you by accident. When this happens, we will of course correct this.
Our returnplatform should be easy to use. Did you run into an issue? If so, could you explain to us what the issue was and how we can improve it by sending us an e-mail on reviews@winparts.nl?
Lastly, it can indeed take some time before a return request is accepted. This is because our return department accpets them manually.
