Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your order has not arrived on the initial expected delivery date.
I have had a look at your order and I can see that we have dispatched the parcel in time for you to receive it the 13th. Unfortunately, the parcel got delayed during transport with UPS.
Once a parcel is dispatched you'll receive a link to a track and trace page from UPS. On this page you can find updates about the delivery. In this case the track and trace page tells you that the parcel will arrive this friday.
I understand that it's frustrating when your parcel gets delayed. Unfortunately, these delays are insurmountable when it comes to parcel deliveries. There could be various reasons for a delay that simply can't be predicted beforehand. Luckily it is only a very small percentage of orders that experiences these delays.

Avoid if you're in a hurry!
Very poor and misleading timeline advertised for delivery of parts.
Items ordered were delivered six days late.
I contacted customer service through the WhatsApp portal for an update and no response was given.
An extremely poor service overall.

We always aim to deliver your package on the date mentioned on the shopping cart page. However, delay is something that can happen. This is not always avoidable. We apologize that your order was delayed. We aim to deliver more consistently in the future.

Good but some delays.
Great selection of parts & site is easy to navigate with your car reg. Delivery to Ireland is on the slow side if you're in a small village or town. I would happily pay extra to be able to select DPD for delivery. Not a bad experience all in all but if you're in a rush for the parts then shopping local would be wise. Prices are very good & competitive. Still my go to place for parts.

Unreliable delivery.
At time of ordering it said delivery would be Friday but arrived the following Tuesday.
Autodoc was cheaper for the same parts, I used winparts due to the stated delivery date.

Goods easy to find and delivered in good time but, more surprisingly, to my front door as UPS in the Midlands of Ireland have always been sub-par, in my experience.
Winparts are great. I'm a repeat customer.

This can result in a misfit. We suggest you take a detailed look at the part you order to minimize the chance of ordering the wrong item. If a part doesn't fit your car, you can return it free of charge within 14 days via our returns portal.

I ordered parts for my car
I ordered parts for my car, even though they were more expensive than the other sellers due to their three-day delivery. It's been two weeks and the part still hasn't arrived. I feel cheated. I don't recommend them!
I already contacted customer service last week and was assured that delivery would be on the 24th. This was another promised date The email was sent today, but no response.

Can take a week to receive the order.
Easy to purchase from, my only issue was the packaging, the oil was loose and sliding around the box, this damaged the oil filter box and the oil filter was rolling around in the oversized packaging box with minimal packing material. I have purchased from other online suppliers and the oil is double bagged in case of a leak, and held secure in the box, I don’t know how the 5L of oil didn’t leak as it was damaged too.
