Wise Property Care was very prompt in dealing with our Japanese Knotweed and the service is excellent. From the first day of treatment Brian Smith has arrived on time, carried out an efficient service in a friendly manner.

I had an issue that I needed the 'experts' advice on regarding woodworm or some other unknown parasite. William answered my call for advice promptly and provided various options as to what the problem was. On referring back to my client (new build house) I decided it needed further investigation. I contact William next day and he arranged to visit the property to investigate. He very quickly analysed the situation and advised there was no problem and the issue was caused by something other than the originally thought troublesome woodworm/parasite. This information/advice put the client and myself at ease knowing that there was nothing to worry about. The prompt service, professionalism and detailed advice given was very much appreciated and alleviated the concern. Wise Property will certainly be my first port of call should I ever require anything likewise in future.

I would highly recommend these guys, they are so friendly, helpful, efficient, well organised and do what they say they are going to do. Nowadays that seems to be a tall order but not for these guys, they are just the best and I cannot recommend them enough.

When I discovered woodworm in my front porch I contacted 4 firms to try and get someone out to see what I thought would be a very small and contained job.

2 firms wanted £200 odd just to come out and see the problem, one couldn't come straight away (I am still awaiting them coming back to me as to when they can come round) and Wise Property Care, who although busy, accepted my assessment that it was a small / quick job and popped in on their way to another job to have a quick look.

As it was such a small job they suggested if I was amenable that they fit me in when they could between other jobs. They came round a couple of days later and sorted the problem.

The surveyor and the technicians were polite, informative and generally excellent. I would highly recommend Wise Property Care.

Called up Wise Property Care for a survey as there was a note on the home report about possible woodworm. Mark showed up on time, was very professional and at the end of the survey informed us that there was nothing to be concerned about as it was historical and had been treated previously. Excellent service and will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

This company are absolutely horrendous. The guy who comes out to see you is a smooth talker and promises you everything and then at the end of the day lets you down.

I can only give one piece of advice. If they give you a price or a promise. Get it in blood because otherwise it is not worth the paper it is written on.

Had a prompt response to initial enquiry with home visit by surveyor arranged within a few days. Surveyor was efficient, informative and explained clearly areas needing attention both inside and outside the property. He advised an estimate would be sent via email and this was received within timeframe he had given. I felt integrity was the priority.

Once estimate was accepted office staff arranged 4 workman, following on from one another over course of 3 days to complete the work which was carried out the following week. All tradesman were pleasant, got on with their job and ensured room was cleaned before leaving.

Office staff followed up with a phone call to ensure work was carried out as expected.

The company undertook some woodworm treatment to allow me to complete a house purchase. As I have breathing difficulties, they took great concern on making sure that everything was carried out as carefully as possible. The house was kept immaculate and the work was done according to the agreed timescale.
