Wise Property Care Avis 

Wise Property Care completed a survey on my new property. Damp work was required and this work was organised in an efficient way and completed on time. The team of David Orr, Kevin Colligan and Alan Angus were great and I would highly recommend them.

The work was carried out promptly and efficiently from site visit, quote, to work being carried out.
The inspection was thorough and professional and Ross took time to walk us through the findings on the phone.

Whole team super helpful and made process from start to finish straight forward.
Tech guy called Grant was wonderful! Great job, professional, hard working, clean and tidy. And relaxed about chaos going on around him!

I don't normally leave a review but I was so impressed with the service from Wise Property care that I felt I wanted to let others know about their excellent service. 

The communication from Lauren was outstanding, emails were answered within minutes. 

Kevin and Jay arrived on time, were friendly, professional and did a top quality job.  Would definitely use them again and recommend anyone else to use their service.

Kevin and Raymond were first class and did a thorough and wonderful job of fixing historic flooding damage to floor joists. I would very much highly recommend this company.

I called your Glasgow Office and described the damp problem in my kitchen. The lady (Alison?) was extremely helpful and arranged for a surveyor to come out and inspect the property.
The surveyor, Wullie Mulgrew, explained how the damp had most likely occurred and described how it could be the remedied. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me total confidence in how the problem would be addressed.
The two guys repairing the wall were very good. They explained what they were doing as the work progressed.
They arrived on-time, were quick and thorough. I was very impressed by their workmanship.
I asked Wullie about a separate / unrelated issue of a pipe dripping onto floor boards. The leak had been repaired and he suggested using a dehumidifier to speed up the drying process.
The kitchen has now been redecorated and "no sign of damp!"
An excellent job.

Wise property attended to survey and then repair wet rot under the bathroom. Ross completed survey and quote was given next day as promised and included plumbing contractor. He was courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of the survey. Grant arrived on time and completed the stripping of floor, joists then reinstallation of both in 2 days as quoted. He was very good at overcoming other problems from an old property. Also cleaned up and removed all waste. First class. Mark the contracted plumber was also excellent. Thanks Wise!

My interaction with Chris Beckett was first class from initial contact to job conclusion. On the day of the job there was some deliberation on how to carry out the work.
Chris then deployed Dale Robertson who arrived at the property with a can do attitude and achieved the end goal with very little upheaval to the family and the immediate surroundings. Dale was both pleasant and very obliging and nothing seemed to much for him to undertake.

Wise were sourced by our neighbours for a rot problem in our shared ceiling/floor. Kevin and Raymond came to complete the joist replacement and were great; we were kept up to date with all aspects of work, and given realistic timelines. Kevin has great knowledge and was able to talk me through anything I asked about, and they both worked efficiently and professionally - would highly recommend these two.

Everything went very well. Arrived on time to do survey, when I received the survey I had a few questions and spoke to Andy the surveyor who discussed with me in depth.
Work was carried out, very neat job and cleaned up well.
This is an old property which I am renovating, thought I found another damp patch, so called Andy to discuss. He came out to the property and retested all the walls, no other damp was found and put my mind at rest.
I highly recommend.

Utterly shocking service from these cowboys. Had the nerve to come into a flat where we have stayed only 6 months and was clearly painted to cover damp prior to moving in but wise property care stated it was down to our living conditions... Really🤣🤣
Will never let such a supposed professional company into any of my further homes again
