Wjacket Avis 

Lovely jacket but it was too tight. I was given an address to return the jacket and duly mailed it off. In February. Nothing heard until today when the parcel was returned to me because it wasn't collected from the address in Italy. What a rip off, and its one way to get around paying compensation. The jacket will be delivered to a charity shop for someone else to enjoy.

I saw this great offer. I Received excellent service in good time.The coat was more than I expected .The quality is of excellent standard,however I ordered an XL andfound In needed a 2XL. I have found the company very understanding about the situation. They are very good to deal with and have returned all my correspondence with them. I am very appreciative of the company's understanding and good will. I would certainly recommend them. Happy Customer.

Refused to honour cancellation policy, demanded we honour return policy, although items must be returned to Italy not the Australian depot, which costs more than the item. Their staff were very unprofessional and of no assistance. Complete experience disappointing and frustrating.

The description of the jacket is misleading: they are not "oversized", maybe for the Chinese women that make them. I ordered a medium for myself and and XL for my girlfriend. I could wear it if I wore nothing else, and my girlfriend could not move in it. I can wear the XL so I only needed to exchange 1. - Ad says "free shipping and returns"but that's not true. After several emails to C.S., Millie offered only a 30% credit to get the correct size. Otherwise I could ship to Itay and pay shipping for a refund. Neither was acceptable but i chose the 30%. Technically they are nice jackets. I ordered her a 3X but the colors were limited. After trying to track it for days I contacted Millie again who assured me it was coming. All I could see was it left China. But after 18 days it appeared. And it fit. SO sizing if misrepresented as well as their return policies and I have an extra jacket that doesn't fit.

Impossible customer service. I can't write a review on the jacket as it was misdelivered. It was addressed to a place of business (a public school) so that it would not be left outside of a residence in the city.

The carrier sent a picture of the package left at somebody's door outside. I have repeatedly asked for help from WJacket and keep getting told it was delivered.

No matter how many times I ask them to look at the carrier's delivery picture I go around in circles. I have been asked for a refund now for more than a week.

Impossible customer service.

“Free shipping and returns” WRONG!! Jacket does not fit in torso and was sent incorrect colour. Asked to return it for refund. First wanted to give me 30% off second Wjacket! Then said I needed to pay for return And, return it to Italy! Then said sending another Wjacket in correct colour. How is sending another Wjacket that does Not Fit a solution? Wjacket very annoying and frustrating. Avoid Wjacket.
UPDATE - Wjacket tried to resolve the problem by sending me another jacket - it was the Same incorrect colour! And same bad fit!

I was unable to track my package so I called the company and Millie was able to find all the information, including the Post Office tracking number. I picked up my package the next day.
The coat is excellent, but more important was the service I received from Millie.

I wish I had seen the reviews for this company before I ordered. Customer service is non existent. I contacted them as soon as I received my jacket to arrange an exchange for a larger size or a refund. I received a response that I would only get a small percentage of the cost back!!! Why??? The jacket was received that day, not worn and had all the tags still attached. Since then, I have sent several follow up emails with no response.
Terrible company to deal with, will not recommend to anyone. Don't waste your money. Way too expensive and disappointing.

I ordered a 3XL thinking it would be lovely and roomy.
I already have a 2XL which I purchased a few years ago.The jacket is lovely but way too small. I have had numerous emails with customer service who assures me I will receive a full refund on receipt of my coat which is costing me $45 to send from Australia to Italy. Reading these reviews I am very sceptical as to whether I will receive my refund. Never again will I purchase through FB and I will always look for reviews in future

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a jacket online, but was the too big even though I had followed the size guide. Tried to exchange it but even though the jacket had come from Sydney the return address was in Italy, and it was going to cost me $44 to send. Opted for 30% voucher, but the jacket I want doesn't come in a small size. They do not answer emails and there is no number to call.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

The WJacket company has very poor customer service. I tried to exchange my jacket to a bigger size and could not get through to them, the phone listed is only for messages and they won't call you back, if you email them they won't respond right away. Be aware that they are located in Italy so if you have to return the coat which has to be at your expense you will be paying a lot of money.

Do not buy from this company. Sizing is wrong, next to impossible to return. Followed instructions explicitly and no refund yet. I should have donated it somewhere

Great customer support

When this was advertised in Australia it was $79.00. After ordering it was $79 US. Then would you like to add a waterproof scarf for $19.00, again USD when ordered. Arrived and was not waterproof, just cotton, like a thin tea towel. The jacket duly arrived and was like everyone else's too small, wouldn't button up even over a thin T-shirt. I followed the 'size chart' and my measurements were less than the L size shown. The crimson colour was way darker than the shade shown on their website. There is also no country of manufacture on any label on the garment. Then the EASY return. A number of emails later and.an answer with instructions to photograph the item - never heard of this before - do this, receive a return form, which would not load more than 1 photo file, even though they wanted photos of the garment, then the packaging (?). Finally an email request is accepted then the Return address (kept secret till this point) is in ITALY. I had my parcel label checked at the Post Office and it had been posted from Sydney. So lots of cost to return to Italy, if it gets there, then a refund. Do I trust these people? NO WAY. Also their email address is a gmail address, not very corporate. I will find a friend who is a few sizes smaller and it's all theirs.
I have since ordered a beautiful waterproof and windproof jacket from Amble in Melbourne.

Utter scam!!! Don't even attempt to return jacket....absolute waste of precious time! Sizes at least 2 sizes too small even though i ordered correct size as per the company's measurements. I had to send pictures of the jacket to Australia, only to be told that i need to send the jacket to ITALY, which would cost me NZD100! Don't even waste your time to get the refund of 30%....!another scam!
Please don't wast your time or money on this company. Very disappointed in their bad customer service.

I cannot recommend purchasing from W Jacket - they do not stand behind their products and will not support their customers when a poor quality garment is provided.

The jacket seems great when it arrives. I followed the care instructions on the label and washed my jacket on a gentle cycle before wearing it, and the stitching on the lining came apart in several places. I emailed and (politely) enquired about options available to remedy the situation. A refund was not offered. So I requested a refund and was denied, because they said the jacket arrived in good condition.

In addition to offering no warranty about the quality of their products, if you are going to purchase from them, be aware of the following:

1. Their sizing is wrong. They say that the jacket is a generous oversize cut. It isn't. Choose at least 1 size bigger than you think if you want it to fit snugly, and 2 sizes bigger if you want it to be looser fitting. I chose 1 size bigger than my normal sizing (figuring I might be wearing jumpers and multiple layers underneath). I can't do up all the buttons, even with only a tshirt on :/

2. Prices are in USD - this does not become apparent until AFTER you've made your purchase when the unit of currency is listed.

3. According to their website, you are able to cancel your order for a full refund within 6hrs of submission by sending them an email. However, their response advised that they will not provide this refund. (But they will offer other incentives like discounts to encourage you to continue with the purchase).

I find it very difficult to trust this company and would never purchase from them again.

The Windbreaker jacket was beyond expectations. The styling, fit, quality of the fabric is excellent.The color choices are all great and I may order another. I did have some delay in delivery but following my phone message, I received a response, by phone and email, as to what had happened and when to expected the delivery. Excellent Customer Service all around.
