What a mistake ever looking at this website. I purchased a pink jacket because the sizing chart made me believe it would fit. It arrived, was too small and I started the process to get a refund. I was emailed an address in Italy. I said I would be in Europe and could take it but i was told it had to be returned in 14 days. So i sent it at half the cost of the jacket. then waited 6 weeks, got the jacket returned to me with new postal return charges and no refund. this company will make you change your review by saying the review will be taken down as it breaches something. But really it is just a company that rips of trustworthy people.

Impossible to contact these people, website says customer services etc. but no link offered! e mailed and answered text several times but they are just going to post, and charge me a huge amount, as they seem unable to answer a text. I need to change the size as thought their sizing was as stated but see, from these reviews that it is not correct sizing! so £71 wasted , its not even here and i know it will be too small but no phone no or any way to contact but an email they do not answer and no way in to customer services on the web. if they do contact me happy to take this review down but currently DO NOT BUY, the same jacket is available for half the price on other sites as well!

Just, finally, got in contact ant they say they have amended the size so will update when it comes, hope it's as good as they say, and very much hope it fits

It got here and, well done Millie, was a 2 xl in the end, do beware though an xl is supposed to be a 20 to 22 and it is not, the 2xl is 24 to 26 and just fits a small 20 large 18.

The scarf though is a big disappointment, very scratchy, i will soak it in comfort and hope it softens, otherwise a charity shop.

I would not buy again, returns are too much trouble, take photos etc and the cost.

I needed a new coat for my trip to Iceland that would look good and be weather resistant. This one jumped out at me since it has everything I need and looks cool.

Well, shameful company. I've been chasing my refund for 4 months and finally after 14 emails and the threat of taking legal action, I finally got my refund. Do not buy from this company, they are dodgy as. Plenty of other suppliers out there for the same jacket.

Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years of online shopping. They promise easy returns but the web form refused to accept the order number; then when I emailed, they were so slow to reply and argumentative that then they said ‘yes we’d accept you return except sorry, now the two weeks is up and yours outside the returns window.’ Disgraceful.

It always rains where I live so my wool coat just wasn't doing it for me. I bought this coat since it's waterproof and it's been great. It's easy to wear to work and I don't even need to carry an umbrella anymore!

I didn’t receive packing email as indicated but as soon as I emailed a query, I got a response and follow up and tracking info and coat was already en route. Coat was as promised. Great service.

The jacket is a perfect fit. I feel like a well-dressed flamingo because I selected the "lolly pink". The lining is a good complementary colour. I will recommend this to many people. Sizing guide was accurate. Delivery was timely. I live in a very cool climate so I can see this getting a lot of work!. Delighted.

The size I ordered did not fit. Trying to return it was impossible. Numerous emails, then a form to fill in and upload photos only to find out the return cost is nearly 50% of the original cost.
Do not buy!!

Liked the jacket but two sizes too small. Tear in packaging which has marked the jacket.so I can’t sell it on in U.K. I’ve no idea how to get a refund or where to return the jacket. Suggestions please

I bought this jacket in Barbie Pink. I love, love the jacket. It's a great all around jacket. I live in Texas so I will get many months of use out of this jacket. I bought a size large. For reference, I am 5'8" 130 pounds. My arms are long so I was worried about the sleeve length being long enough. With the size large the sleeve length was perfect! Once I cinched the draw string the fit was perfect all over.

I highly recommend this jacket! And as an added note, I had the pleasure of working with Millie in customer service. She was excellent. She offered the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Buy this jacket! You won't regret it!

The company offers PayPal as a payment option but after ordering when you get to payment it asks only for the credit card number. This sounds very much like a scam. How disappointing

This really is the ultimate utility coat, it has everything you need no matter the weather. I've been layering it over my favorite wardrobe items to stay warm and dry.

Don’t trust this company if you need an exchange of size. The process is time consuming and deliberately difficult.
Jackets are not oversized as advertised. If you need to exchsnge one you are expected to return it to Italy at a cost of about $40 Aus.

I’m very happy with my jackets. Beautiful colours. They are perfect when walking. The jacket is great on a windy day without being to hot or to heavy.

The jacket was really nice but way too small. I was given the return details and duly went to the post office to return it at a cost to me of more than $40! I mailed it at the end of April and it has been sitting in Italian customs for 14 days already. I contacted the company to ask what is happening, all they did was confirm it had not reached its destination yet - I thought they could contact the destination office to find out what the problem is. I am left wondering if I will ever get a refund- not happy. Update as at 08.06.24: a refund is being processed. While the jacket was lovely and good quality unfortunately the sizing is way off I should have ordered 1 or 2 sizes bigger- the return process is a stressful and very expensive.

The size isn’t even close. I ordered a larger size than I take and it was still too small. I wear 16-18 but ordered the 20-22 and still need a 4x to be sure it fits.

Another unsatisfied customer! I ordered a red jacket which was too small. I followed instructions and sent it to Italy at a high cost, but got no new jacket or response from the company. Today I have collected the original jacket which of course doesn’t fit. I will not return it again as I find this company untrustworthy and/or unreliable.
