Jacket didn't fit once it eventually arrived even though I used their size guidelines when ordering. I didn't think the quality was very good either, didn't live up to the advertizing hype. I believe the returns process is very difficult, deliberatetly so. As with other comments on here I won't even bother to return it. Definately don't buy from this company. Very disappointing.

Ordered my jacket 7/7 and still haven’t received it. Seriously doubt I ever.

Oh, I should have listened to others comments before ordering this jacket, I was so happy that a colourful coat could be bought. I can support those who have said the sizing is small for the sizing described. I ordered a size larger than normal which I always do with coats and jackets. It doesn’t fit and is straight down with no allowance to add shape with the waist tie. It’s a shame as I’ve given 2 star because of their return policy. The jacket in the right size would be 4 star.

the company stayed in contact until I received the order. I got a quick response to any questions I had. I will use this company again.

Why is this raincoat on the internet for half the price?

Really really bad company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I had the same problem as others have described. The jacket didn't fit. Had to return it to Italy, even though it came from California. Paid $33 to return it. 5 weeks later, it is being returned to me because they would not accept it at the return center in Italy. What a waste of money!

Very disappointed. Jacket too small do returned to Italy st considerable expense. Sent photo of post off over receipt but they say they can not find it! Very poor customer service. Would never use again

Purchased the jacket in March for a European trip I was taking in June. I live in Canada, so we have snow until April, so there was no reason for me to try my coat until the end of April. After wearing the coat 2 times, the cord to sinch the waist and get a better fit, broke! It was obvious that the cord hadn't been properly sewn in. I sent an email to the company explaining the situation and was told that since it was passed the 14 day return policy that I was unable to return it, even though it was a defective product. Very poor customer service!!! So I spent another $25, getting a seamstress to fix it.

Don’t order from this company! My raincoat didn’t fit, so I wanted to send it back. After taking a picture of the coat and sending to them, they instructed me to send back to Italy. It originally came from California. It would have cost me $74 to send back. I am no longer going to buy anything from Facebook.

First the color and performance made me choose this coat and it is exact as the picture.

The coat didn't arrive at firts and Millie S did everything to solve this. Seemd there was made a mistake that a lot delivery firms make. Afther a nice and clear explanation between us she did all she could to solve it. And today I received the jacket. A nice one, good color and fit. I'm happy and also I really want to thank Millie S. Wjacket should be happy with her as employee. I know I am.

One of the best jackets you can find. It’s easy to layer with and it has enough structure to look flattering which is nice.

It always rains where I live so my wool coat just wasn't doing it for me. I bought this coat since it's waterproof and it's been great. It's easy to wear to work and I don't even need to carry an umbrella anymore!

Bought a jacket but unfortunately it was too small. I requested an exchange but was told I had to return and they would refund me. Waited a week for address to return to and sent off at me expense I might add. Two months later I have still not received the refund. I loved the jacket and would have been more than happy to buy another one in the correct size but the process is just too hard Very very disappointing

I needed a new coat for my trip to Iceland that would look good and be weather resistant. This one jumped out at me since it has everything I need and looks cool.

Jacket arrived without incident. It was sent from the United States. But it did not fit. I corresponded with the company by email and was told I could return it. I paid about $30 to send it to ITALY. About 7 weeks later it came back, marked “Refused” — unopened. Never got a refund. Paid international postage. This is NOT a trustworthy company.

I went with the size chart when ordering. When it arrived, I was so disappointed as it did not fit. The colour and the material look beautiful, but I won't be able to wear it. Given the experience others had with the return, I would not even try, so I will have to sell anywhere else :-(

The jacket was far too big so I had to return it. I think this company is geared up for returns from customers in USA. I found the I instructions for returns very wordy and difficult to follow. I requested clarification and was told to take them to the Post Office and then to choose a courier. At the Post Office the courier is Royal Mail. No choice in UK. The jacket had to be sent to Italy and it cost me £14.75!!!!! Over 20% of the cost of the jacket. I don’t recall seeing anything about this in the T&Cs.
I’m now waiting to see how much is refunded and how quickly. I also had to send them a photo of the jacket before they started the returns process. Never done that before.
Update- The parcel was refused in Italy and apparently it is on its way back to me. I have emailed wjacket but no reply as yet.

I had the same return problem as others. I was given an address in Derrimut Victoria to send it to. I did so at my expense. When I saw it had been delivered by AustPost I asked where my refund was. Was told that is just a sorting centre and no refund would be coming as I’d sent it to the “wrong” address. DEFINITELY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM WHEN TRYING TO RETURN PRODUCT. WATCH OUT.
