Bloß nicht kaufen!!!! Die Größenangaben stimmen nicht! Wollte zurück schicken und/oder umtauschen. Zig Emails geschickt,auch mit Fotos. KEINE Antwort!!! Über Homepage Rücksendung versucht. Der eine Button funktioniert nicht. Somit ging nichts mehr weiter! Die positiven Bewertungen auf deren Homepage können alle nur gefälscht sein! Nie wieder!!!!!

I just can’t get this company to answer my emails!! The coat is too small and I wish to exchange…. But nothing 🤷‍♀️

The jacket is wrongly sized, I carefully checked all measurements before buying, it was too small.
Garment was sent from UK to UK.
However, after 4 email requests, I was eventually told told I had to return to Italy. It cost me £17 in postage.
I did everything I was asked to do, I sent tracking details etc.
Today,after checking the tracking,THE RECIPIENT HAS REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RETURN,IT IS NOW BEING SENT BACK TO ME.I AM APPALLED.

29/10/24-UNTRUE- this reply below from WJacket states a full refund has been sent-where is it?!!!There is no refund showing on my Paypal account!!!!

30/10/24 NO EMAIL,NO MONEY REPAID.

31/10/24-UPDATE-I HAVE NOW RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THE MONEY WILL BE PAID BACK IN 10 DAYS,I WILL UPDATE WHEN I HAVE RECIEVED IT.

6/11/24 I HAVE FINALLY RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM ELIZIA LTD,I OPENED A CASE THROUGH PAYPAL.

THIS MOST DEFINATELY HAS NOT BEEN AN 'EASY RETURN' AS ADVERTISED!!!!!

I bought the recommended size XL, but it is tight through the bust, so I can't layer with a sweater, etc. I tried their website online return page 5 times but it won't download. I have sent 3 emails to the company requesting guidance for the return, but no response. My advice is to avoid doing business with this company.

The jacket is a perfect fit - I selected a large I’m 5ft2.love the deep pockets & the wide elastic wrists & the colour -a light grey which I see as a light blue!!!

Recently bought a jacket was very happy with product size was great and was well made .when I hadn’t recieved product after week I emailed company they responded quickly and as it happened I recieved product that day it took 10 days from Europe to NZ Thankyou Wjacket

Can I just say 'I LOVE It!!' Feels nice - Fits really well & most of all it looks GREAT!!!
Be mindfull of the size you order, I'm a standard UK 16 & my 3XL fits 'nicely'...
I may even treat myself to another colour as the wetter weather approaches.

This is a lovely reversible jacket, very light and comfortable.
The outside of the jacket is black and the inside a gorgeous flowery pattern, so different to any other I have come across.
I ordered the jacket on 19 July but they were sold out and waiting for more stock. There was a problem with supplies apparently. However, I decided to wait because I really liked the look of the jacket and since I had already purchased a different style previously I was confident the quality would be good.
Millie was very helpful in the meantime and answered all my emails promptly.
The jacket finally arrived yesterday {Sept 23} and when I opened the parcel I was so happy I had waited for the restock. I fell in love with it straight away and the fit is lovely and roomy too. Because it is reversible I have yet to find the label with the care instructions but I am sure they are there somewhere.

The best advice is to be careful what size to order if in doubt order the bigger size. I had to return a Wjacket that was too small for me, my mistake was not to realize that a weight increase was to blame, the return process is complicated and expensive to post to an address in Italy. after a while, I checked my PayPal account and there was a Priority Email address to contact Wjacket. Milli was very accommodating with the outcome of being offered a %100 Gift Voucher to pay for another Wjacket,I was okay with this because I still wanted a Wjacket. The Wjacket is of good quality, well made, very light, and easy to pack. the jacket will keep you warm and is windproof, the hood sits nicely on your shoulder and is useful in rainy weather
Mlli answered each Priority email by the next day and I am now very pleased with a good outcome.

Wanted to return one of the jackets. Wrote 2 detailed emails to explain difficulties with return process.NO REPLIES.. Tried to phone the company but the number quoted is non existent
This has to be a scam . Very angry and frustrated and feel cheated because I have been cheated
Please take care and don't get ripped off.

Tight Sizing but Good Quality:
The jacket sizing is on the small tight size & although I purchased a larger than my normal size it's still a "tight fit" & I cannot fit a thick jumper underneath the jacket.
However, the quality is excellent.

My jacket is lovely and fits me beautifully. I recommend this company.

This company could improve by being honest. They are just SCAMMERS. I too, like many others, ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was far too small. I wanted to return it and have tried so many times to get a response from these people but they just don't reply. I do not like purchasing from websites because one doesn't know if they are genuine or not. Obviously this one isn't. Give me a High Street shop any day. I would tell everyone not to buy from this company as it is a very expensive mistake.

I ordered my jacket and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. The company communicated very well with me and said if I had any issues to email them. My jacket arrived well before the stated time frame so I was very happy. And to top it all I love love the jacket. Perfect length, excellent quality fabric design and stitching etc. I highly recommend this jacket and company to you.

Don’t deal with this company they are charlatans. I too returned this jacket to ITALY and because I took the CHEAPER £12 postal option to return it, it had no tracking number. If I had paid the DEARER £15 option I would have been issued with a tracking number, they’d have given me a refund. I’m now completing a Small Claims Court form and hopefully I will receive my money back.

Great service from W Jacket. The first order had a manufacturing defect which was at first difficult to detect. However I was immediately offered a replacement which arrived quite quickly. I was very pleased with my new jacket as it fits me well. I chose the very bright pink colour which I love.

My returned jacket went to Italy and was refused delivery and sent back to me. Terrible service.

I have been asked to delete the name of the person I emailed regarding returns, so I have done that, even though the name is mentioned in other reviews!
So many reviews mention the cost of returning, and difficulties in getting a refund, or having their jacket returned to them.
I received this reply:

If, for any reason, your return package is returned back to you, we will absolutely agree to issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and fair return process.”
It makes no sense to me, and after reading so many reviews that state difficulties in the returns process, I decided not to bother with my return, and not to recommend this company.

I received my jacket, which like others have said there wrongly sized, I ordered X-LARGE which supposed to be 16-18 i am 14-16 and this is too small, they offer a refund but postage on the jacket to return would be £22, and people have said they had there’s returned, I am soooo annoyed to be out of pocket like this an think they should be sorting there sizing chart out, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM
