I recommend you DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The coat sizes are wrong, I tried to contact the company but they didn't reply.
I didn't get a refund even after I got a message stating the refund was on the way.
MAKE SURE YOU PROCEED WITH A FULL COMPLAINT VIA PAYPAL FOR A REFUND. otherwise you'll not hear back from the company after the initial contact.

The return address for the returns is false, and the return package has been returned to me by Italian postal service.

I have lost my money.

I bought my wjacket without reading the reviews first and it was too small. I was told to keep it and give it to a friend and given a 30% off voucher for a bigger one. This new one fits really well with room for a jumper underneath. Fantastic service from Millie.
I also bought the travel cup and part of the lid was broken when it arrived. I sent a photo and received a new lid free. Fantastic cup. It’s huge and easy to use with it’s own straw.

I pushed the wrong button on the computer and was immediately charged. Within 5 minutes I asked that the order be cancelled. They refused. I got the item and asked them to send a return label. They refused. They told me to go to the post office. I am handicapped and can prove it. I told them that and they still refused to send a return label. they are dismissive and unhelpful

I was going to buy a coat but there is no where to buy with PayPal on my site here in Australia. You say you can but no Box available.. & after the recent reviews of sizing being wrong...

I have 2 of these windbreaker/jackets from several years ago. Ordered the same size recently. BIG difference. The new ones are skimpily cut, at least 3 inches less around the hem and midsection. If I put anything bulky underneath (sweater, for example), it is too tight/uncomfortable if I try to button the jacket. Order up a size.

I received the jacket after a few weeks but expected this from the reviews. The jacket fits but this is NOT a rain jacket. Just walked my dog in moderate rain for one hour and I am soaked. So don't use this rain jacket if it actually rains. I would like to add that I tried to post a review on the Wjacket website, but I see no space for writing a review.So I do not know where all the reviews present on the site come from.

So angry, goods eventually turned up although delivered to the wrong address fortunately I knew the occupant. Wrong colour and wrong size I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I am not trying to get a refund as my life is too short.

Bought on UK website Delivery slow,sizing totally wrong, return process long winded and expensive as return address is in Italy. I sent by Royal Mail Tracked but together with many others found the seller a) refused to accept the delivery of the returned parcel or b) there is a non existent address and the parcel is undeliverable . . Following a long email exchange with impossible demands from the seller I opened a case with PayPal. The seller said they would give an "appropriate refund" if I closed the case. I escalated it and PayPal found in my favour and closed the case with a full refund to me. It appears many other sellers have given up in frustration at returns not being honoured.

I am still waiting for delivery of my order. when i checked with wjacket they stated that the item was delivered but i did not receive anything. i was referred to the delivery company to check which i cannot do as the website is in another language and no one answers the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Do not know how to resolve anything, no jackets no customer service. i do want my 2 XL wjackets but think the company is a scam and i will not receive anything.

Since ordering a jacket from W Jacket and going thru the frustrating return process, I can say DO NOT ORDER from W Jacket.
I have been on an endless email thread providing the information required for a FULL REFUND. When I learned their return center is in ITALY (I'm in USA), I chose to use FEDEX so I had a tracking number, which cost $95. Fed ex folks contacted me to say W Jacket return center address IS NOT VALID & there is no phone # for the return center in order to receive calls from Drivers such as FedEX in order to deliver the return. I have sent an email to a different address, again, in order to have my order refunded in full. This is bad business all the way around. I hope I hear from someone in customer service who cares about doing the right thing.

I purchased the Wjackel a month ago. When it arrived it was too small, even though it was the size of all my jackets. The number provided on the enclosed card was a Queens NY number, and the package came from Illinois. Yet,when I finally reached someone, I was told I had to return the jacket to Italy at my own expense. As a 75 year old senior citizen I protested.. citing the expense involved in sending something to Italy. After sending them pictures of the jacket as they requested, they acknowledged receipt of the pictures and indicated they would make an exception. What type of exception was not indicated. Repeated calls and follow up emails are not being returned. I will now file a claim with PayPal.

The jackets are pretty colours & fabric OK. The sewing is good and neat. But sizing unreliable. Medium was huge. Some reviews say too small. In truth despite their claims YOU CANT RETURN items.Well you can but very difficult and expensive. Wait for their agreement first; then PHOTO all items; fill in their website form online; load your photo into online form; send and wait for further consent! only then do you get return address IN ITALY and you have to pay postage AND insurance AND fill in difficult customs form, I think my 2 raincoats were going to cost at least £30-40 to return. Then some reviewers said they got the items back again as rejected! I sold the coats at a big loss for me but I risked losing more by following their unreasonable returns rules. DONT BUY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND HOW IT FITS

Oh I wish I had checked on here first !!! As everyone else jacket way to small. Been trying ..for days possibly weeks to get return information from company …eventually get reply with rubbish address in Italy ….
This company is definitely not being up front about its products and certainly not about its returns policy

I purchased 2 items: a jacket and a coat. I didn't like the way the coat fit, so I wanted to return it. The company claimed it had easy returns. Having to jump through hoops and then being given an address in Italy to return one of the coats is NOT what I consider an easy return. It will cost as much to ship the coat back as it did to buy it! If Wjackets is selling merchandise in the US, it should have a US address to return it to, Otherwise, it should pay for return shipping. False advertising. They should not be permitted to sell in the US.

Habe eine Jacke bestellt und erhalten. Leider passt der Stil nicht. Nachdem es geheißen hat, einfache Rückgabe, kann ich nur sagen, das stimmt ÜBERHAUPT nicht.
Daher hoffe ich, dass ich diese Jacke endlich zurück schicken kann, dann ist das für mich erledigt. Somit, nie wieder 👎

I had my jacket in 5 days. Olive green and so pleased with it. First day on a compliment already.

I ordered a wjacket, but not before I measured myself & ordered the appropriate size (XL) I waited a long time before the jacket arrived only to find it had the wrong sized label in it ! It was at least 2 sizes smaller .Trying to send back has been an utter nightmare . Not to mention the cost of posting ( outside the U.K. ) I was then offered a 30% discount off a second jacket . So , like a fool , I ordered a second jacket in (XXL) it has arrived . It is so much bigger than the first & have I had a discount off the second jacket ? No ! Of course not as I didn’t ask to have a code sent as I didn’t know I needed a code !!!
. So my advice is Do Not deal with this company , they are hopeless to deal with & it wasn’t my mistake !

From ordering to paying to receiveing to the actual quality of this product it is worth every last cent I paid for it. It was true to colour, size and keeps the wind out and the rain off. Couldn't have asked for a better product and so surprised I got it for 100 NZD

I bought a jacket and paid £55 on 3rd October - to date 22nd October - they have my money and I have no jacket. No reply to my emails either - what a rubbish company!!
