I purchased a jacket in size 2XL which according to the company’s size guide was larger than my usual size. The jacket was far too small across the waist and hips. It was difficult to contact the company regarding return of the jacket but eventually was offered 2 options - return the jacket (to Italy at an horrendous cost) or keep it and receive a 30% discount towards purchasing another. I needed the jacket for an upcoming trip so ordered another in size 4XL to ensure lots of extra room. It arrived yesterday and is the identical size of the 2XL jacket, in no way any larger so also totally unwearable. The company’s response - same as first time round. I’m not spending MORE money to post it back to them. I’m out of pocket over $105 USD and still don’t have a jacket for my upcoming trip. Avoid this company like the plague

I wanted to order a jacket the price was 59 New Zealand dollars. Went through the whole process and at the last moment the price changed to US dollars - Twice the price!!!
Luckily I saw this before pressing the pay now button. This is really manipulative dishonest marketing

Sizing not correct, took weeks to receive the jacket. When I tried to do a return online it would not accept the photos I uploaded even after reducing the size. I emailed customer support. No response, and finally sent an email direct from their website. Only to be told I had 48 hours to get the parcel to the post office for return. Not happy. Won't be returning at the ridiculous cost with tracking required and won't be purchasing again!

Prompt customer service with a problem resolved without a hassle. Love my jacket, lovely fit, great fabric.

Made a purchase online but queried the price. My enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently, explaining the need to convert from AU$to US$ which changed the price. Once that was explained and my order I arrived, I was so pleased with this excellent product. Two gorgeous jackets, one for me and one for a gift. Beautifully made. Stunning colours. Great fit. Could not have asked for more. Will order again.

I ordered a jacket from WJackets Australia over a month ago and it has still not been delivered.

After waiting several weeks, I contacted customer service about the missing order. I was advised that they had no updates from their courier partner and that a replacement item would be sent.

Since then a dozen + emails have been sent back and forth over the past 12 days, many of which have been the same scripted response, stating that a replacement will be sent. Despite these assurances, no replacement has actually been dispatched and no tracking has been provided.

I have requested a full refund multiple times, which is being ignored in their responses, with further claims that they intend to reship the item,

At this point I have no product, no replacement, and no refund, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company.

I intend to now escalate the issue through my payment provider and lodge a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities, as failing to provide the goods or issue a refund after repeated requests appears to be a breach of Australian Consumer Law.

Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to exercise caution before purchasing.

Jacket was advertised as AU$59 on website but on checkout reverts to USD in very small print. My $59 purchase suddenly became $92 when appearing on my credit card statement. Hard lesson learned.

Ich habe einen Regenmantel bestellt mit einer angeblichen Lieferzeit von 1 – 3 Tagen. Tatsächlich brauchte die Lieferung über eine Woche. Die Qualität und Passform des Regenmantels war einfach nur furchtbar. Auf der Website wird mit einfacher Rückgabe etc. geworben. Das ist definitiv falsch. Erst über E-Mail Korrespondenz mit Nachweisen per Foto des Mantels und der Verpackung wurde mir eine Adresse in Italien mitgeteilt. Pakete nach Italien kosten entsprechendes Porto. Viele weitere E-Mails später und der Drohung, den Zahlungsanbieter einzuschalten, den ich dann tatsächlich einschalten musste, habe ich dann tatsächlich nach fast vier Monaten mein Geld zurückerhalten. Ich warne vor diesem Shop, der nur Billigprodukte schlechtester Qualität verkauft.

Sizing is smaller than advertised, wanted to return the jacket but postage to Italy is almost as much as the Jacket so I’ll be donating mine and won’t be buying a replacement. Wish I’d seen this page before I bought one.

I've been looking for a lightweight jacket for cooler days and it's hard to choose with so many options out there. When I saw this, the striped detail got my attention especially on the hood. It stands out from most of the windbreakers. I also love that the waist ties are inside the jacket cause it's convenient for me. The jacket is also roomy enough to wear over a sweater. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

The web page displayed the price of $59.00 in AU + freight, and when the payment was processed it was converted to USD over $100 AUD. If these are USD then display that, this if fraudulent.

I have just received this jacket - and wish I'd not been conned by the fake positive reviews they promote. I am a normal size 12 (Australia) yet the sleeves on this jacket are SO tight, even wearing a T-Shirt is almost impossible to wear with comfort. Bad luck if I want to wear a long sleeve shirt, or heaven forbid, a jumper. I have looked into the return system, but they want it sent back at MY expense (huge) to be received back by Xmas day! Impossible. I could send it back, but I can guarantee they will say they didn't receive it by 25.12.2025, and then I won't have product or refund.
BIG mistake buying this jacket. I won't even try to sell it. Just take straight to op shop, over $100 wasted.

Perfect for running errands outdoors especially on days when there are unexpected rains. Keeping me dry those times is pretty convenient so I'm keeping this and will buy more colors to have more options. It would've been better if there are internal pockets but otherwise it already took a spot in my everyday wardrobe!

After a short time the lining of the W jacket has come apart due to fraying and a very small seam allowance. As it is faulty I wanted a replacement but only offered a discount on a new jacket, which I will not take up.

I’ve been wearing this piece for a couple of weeks now, and it hasn't disappointed. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the big buttons to the pockets. It's become my go-to jacket for almost any occasion. Stylish and practical! My husband loves it too!

I have been buying from this company for a while now, because their prices are great, the jackets are good quality, the service is better than expected, and the colour of the jackets amazing.

Took a while to get here, but the quality made up for it. It's really comfortable even with a thick jumper underneath.

Really wish I had come here first. This company is just awful. Bought a jacket as a birthday gift and it was too small. They won't let me exchange it because I've had it for more than 7 days. OF COURSE IT HAS IT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT. They absolutely refused to help and now I find out they like to silence all of their unhappy customers. They will be out of business within the year because this is not how you do business. Also their jackets are over priced and basic

love my jacket, their delivery service not so good. Could not find our address and it sat in the holding position for over a week and a half...UPS and Amazon never had a problem finding my address
