I had a similar experience to a number of other reviewers. The sizing was too small. Went through the complex returns process with photos of the item. I'm in Australia and was also given a return address in Italy. Paid the expensive postage and heard nothing for 3 months when the package was returned by post with Australia Post asking for $25 for the privilege of picking up the parcel! No way! Wrote it off as a bad experience, DO NOT deal with this mob - they are a rip off!!!

Your initial email after my order was placed stated that despatch would be within 1-2 business days and delivery in Australia would be 2 - 6 business days there after. Overall the delivery took 19 days and no visibility of the consignment while in transit.
At this time the the jacket is unused and we are awaiting the next wet season to see how functional the jacket is.

This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Millie who works for WJacket kept in touch constantly and was unbelievably helpful. My jacket has now arrived and I am extremely happy. Would recommend this company as one of the best.

I echo everything that has been said by other reviewers on here giving a negative review. The sizing was skimpy for the style of the jacket and I wanted to exchange for a larger size. More hoops to jump through than in a circus to do that and from the UK to their Italian return depot you pay £15. All stages followed and postage paid and back it came to me - returned with no explanation. So now a jacket that doesnt fit me has cost me £75. Lesson learnt - never to buy from Facebook adverts

I would give this company zero stars if possible. Misleading advertising about returns and size chart is not correct. To return a garment to Italy from New Zealand is ridiculous given the garment was not sent from there. The cost is exorbitant. The garment was reasonable quality but the sizing was not accurate and the measurements of the coat received did not match those on the size chart- it was far smaller. After 16 emails trying to resolve the issues I have given up and written off the money I paid for this coat. Please do not be tempted to deal with this company

I ordered a jacket and it was too small. But it was the biggest size they have. So I send it back and asked my money back. I send it back with a track and trace code, but they say that it never been delivered back.

I ordered a coat in my usual size but had to return it because it was too small. The return was easy but cost me $76 CDN with insurance. The company sent me a new coat in a bigger size and it fits loosely as it should.
All was done quickly and I’m happy with the new coat except for the cost of sending the first one back.

I dont normally write reviews but in this case I feel compelled to make sure people do not buy from this company. Like many people reviewing Wjacket on this site I have found the returns process diabolical even though their website claims to have easy returns and 100% money back. I bought the oversized windbreaker jacket and the sleeves were very short, in my opinion this is a design flaw making the garment not fit for purpose. But thats not the real issue here. After struggling to get an authorisation code to return the item I then had to pay £9.50 to send it back to Italy! and three weeks later I still have no refund and have been told that the package has not arirrived at their returns centre. Given that I have proof of purchase and have fulfilled my obligations they should honor the refund but I can not get any response back from them. Unfortunately I am now £59.50 out of pocket and don't even have the garment. My advice to anyone planning to buy from this company is DONT, if you already have and are planning a return, keep it and sell it online instead.

Jacket came and was much too big. Very poor customer service. After many attempts to contact, I had American Express contact them. The return process is outrageous. The jacket shipped from the US, the phone number is in NYC but they wanted to jacket sent to Italy. STAY AWAY

It was taking a long time to arrive, so I started to think it might have been a scam. However, I received an e-mail from the company, explaining that there had been an error in the address and the package was returned. Once I confirmed the correct address, the company sent the jacket again with no extra charge, and it then arrived very quickly. The jacket fits very well and is perfect for in-between weather.

The product is as advertised. Fits well. I ordered a large and I normally wear size 14/16

Ordered a jacket. Only took it out of the packet. Tried to return as it was poor quality. Contacted them, very complicated returns policy.Filled in form for returns, got given a code. One week later am still trying to get a return address off them, it feels as if they are trying not to accept my return/give money back. I have sent photo of garment, in PERFECT condition. What is going on? Beware shoppers.

I had pre-ordered my jacket and it finally came!!! I love the color (I ordered red) and the floral lining is too cute.
The fit is great not to loose but roomy enough for a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. I am taking a trip to Boston in a few weeks, so my jacket arrived just in time.

Dreadful to deal with if you need to return. Return process is over complicated and you only get return address if you jump through several hoops. Returns from UK are to ITALY at a cost of £15. Be warned!!

Horrible company. Would not take coat back unless I paid to send it to ITALY!!! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company 🤢
