The products you see on the site are all in stock and ready for immediate delivery. The hardwood is sourced straight from the manufacturer and by marketing directly online, we are able to offer premium products at the most competitive prices. For those looking for hardwood flooring, we offer solid wood which is made from one piece of hardwood timber such as oak and engineered wood which is made from a three layer core of hardwood together with plywood and a top layer of hardwood veneer. There is also a vast choice of wooden worktops such as oak, walnut, iroko and decking. Secured Promo over the phone
Ordered samples and were arriving after the promo was due to end. I called up and Cheuk-Lee Liu said I could secure the promo with a £50 deposit. Samples now arrived so will be placing an order without missing out on the promo. Good service.

Excellent customer service
After an unexpected problem with my delivery date, Natalia was extremely helpful and provided an alternative but similar product, with lots of extra pictures etc , which enabled me to make a change to my order within the time frame I needed, and i await a delivery next week, which is great. Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service for the delivery of damaged goods. Given I've renovated the whole of the house this is the first purchase I w and issues with trying to resolve and still have no solution. Most likely ha ing to go down the small claims route as they refused to replace or refund the damage product and only offers 25% of the value as a "gesture of good will" Yes plenty of happy customers some how but be warned if your get damage on delivery they'll do nothing to resolve it for you.

Based on the provided pictures, we could see only a few planks with relatively minor damage, and we immediately offer you refund for this damage planks .

Product - Supremo Royal Luxury LVT Smoked Nature
Good - Quality, click fit system, colour and surface finish.
Bad - Too many "defect" features and upon opening the 1st pack, there were 5 identical planks out of 7 pcs. I have opened all 36 packs now and sorted into just 4 feature types. This makes laying a natural random pattern impossible.

Please be assured that the Supremo Royal Luxury LVT Smoked Nature is intentionally designed with a rustic appearance. As this is a vinyl flooring product, the wood effect is created through a printed design layer rather than natural wood. As a result, variations and repeated patterns within the planks are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are intended to replicate natural wood characteristics such as knots, grain and other rustic features.
The manufacturer produces this flooring with this particular character and variation as part of the overall design. Unlike natural timber, where every plank is naturally unique, the patterns on vinyl flooring are printed onto the surface, meaning some repetition between planks will occur.
We also understand your comments regarding the distribution of the different plank designs within the packs. Each supplier has its own manufacturing and packing process, including how the different plank designs are distributed, and unfortunately this is something we do not have control over.
We’re pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality, click-fit system, colour and surface finish, and we hope you will enjoy the finished floor.
