I have used Wood & Beyond before and wanted to purchase from them again. Samples were sent out quickly. Cheuk Yee was very helpful in answering questions and when I went to the showroom Conrad was great in recommending another flooring which I ended up choosing. Great customer service

Absolute joke
Absolute joke. I placed an order in April for July delivery and paid £1000 deposit. I received an email asking me to pay the balance. When I called I was told sorry the floor is delayed till 31st August which means a delivery date sometime in September. I called to cancel the order and was told the girl who took my order wasn’t it so I can’t cancel it today and it’ll take them 14 days to return the deposit when she’s back in the office. They have had my money since April. I would never use these people again and definitely don’t recommend others to do so.

As discussed, we did advise that the product had been delayed, and we offered alternative options, including sending samples at the beginning of July so you could consider other available products. Unfortunately, none of the alternatives were suitable for you.
When you contacted us on 13/07/2026 to cancel the order, the relevant department was unavailable at that time, which caused a delay in processing the refund. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We have now arranged for the refund to be processed from our side and will ensure this is completed as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and apologise again for the frustration caused by the delay.

Modera Prime Engineered Flooring Oak Click 5G
Maria was very helpful in describing the features of "rustic" and "prime" oak engineered wood plank finishes. She spent time with us in the store to understand our preferences and explained the features of different products from an aesthetic, wearability, suitability and aftercare point of view. Whilst we were returning customers who had purchased engineered wood flooring for our bedroom last year - which we are very happy with - we decided on this occasion not to proceed with a purchase as we had a stronger leaning towards a solid wood product when all factors were considered. Overall excellent the service provided, without sales pressure, was very refreshing and appreciated. Thank You.

I had a fantastic experience with Wood and Beyond, and I’d especially like to thank Maria and Konrad for their excellent customer service.
Konrad very kindly sent me multiple flooring samples to help me find the closest possible match to the flooring I already have upstairs. It made a huge difference and gave me the confidence to choose the right product.
Maria was also incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process, answering our questions promptly and making everything straightforward from start to finish.
The level of customer service from both of them was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wood and Beyond to anyone looking for quality flooring backed by genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Samples arrived promptly, but was was concerned when I called them.

When i went to order, i started to get concerned.
It sounded like a call centre in the background. I was then told to pay for what i wanted, but they would send me an email with a PayPal link.
I was informed that "what i wanted wasn't in stock, but was arriving next Tuesday, & they would ship afterwards.
The part that worried me was that never before have i been asked to write a review before I've actually ordered the product. I was told that if I do I will get an additional discount!... & this is from the link that they sent me!

Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. Order 3 worktops eventually got delivered on the 4th change of the delivery date. One was packed well, the second was in cling film. The third had no protection at all. Delivery guys legged it and forged my signature before I could inspect the damage . Company only offered me £20 compensation and would not replace the damaged worktop. Will never buy anything from them again

As explained during our conversation, unfortunately we no longer had any more stock available to replace the damaged worktop. We offered a compensation payment as a goodwill gesture, which you accepted at the time, and we understood that you were happy with this resolution. At no point did you mention that you were unhappy with the outcome.
We always aim to provide the best possible service and we are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving our service.
Excellent flooring and customer service.
From the start of requesting samples of flooring and placing our order, we felt that everything was clear and easy to manage. Contact and communication from wood and beyond regarding delivery was excellent.
We are so happy to have chosen Wood and beyond, the cost and the quality of the flooring is fantastic, so much so we are placing a further order to complete the whole of downstairs. Thank you
