Shit avoid u don't get what u order

I bought the Venom go kart for my Grandson's birthday in April 25, from Curry's, on line. There delivery dates turned out to be unreliable. Xootz put me in touch with Wilton Bradley, Xootz despatch agents. WB were excellent, sorting delivery as required. What a shame to receive such a shoddy product. The problem being with the pedals slipping because the chain jumps over the Sprocket. The tensioner is inadequate to correct the problem. Their solution..diss-assemble it, pack it into its box, they'll sort a refund via Curry's. Based on the quality of their product, I doubt it would happen.
I would add,
1 the growth adjustment is by extra seat holes, giving about 56/60cms.
2 the wheels are moulded plastic, the tyres the same.
3 my 5 year old grandson has the seat at correct setting (min) to reach pedals, but bangs his knees on the steering wheel.
4 it came with a guarantee..🤣
My Opinion: Buy this product at your peril, my impression is they/Xootz know they are selling poor quality goods and make it difficult to return them.🤨

Brought for our turning 6 year old , so smooth to use and great fit and quality. Highly recommend.

Our 9 year old got his scooter for his birthday and absolutely loves it. The quality and colour is amazing and was so easy to build.

The bike arrived but was missing parts. they immediately sent a new one

Item was damaged during transit when I went to reorder the product I informed them I would need it in two days time. I was informed it could be shipped by express delivery but they could not guarantee delivery in two days for my little girls birthday. I thought this was extremely bad customer service. I ordered others off amazon which came next day!

This company was brilliant to deal with , the Bumper car arrived a couple of dad after he order was placed, the box was undamaged and clean. We decided to charge it before giving it to our 2 year old grandson for his birthday, and was surprised that it was almost fully charged on delivery. We were amazed how quickly he learnt to control it, he absolutely loved it. It’s now just favourite toy, and being partially sighted he loves the lights as well. As an added bonus we also got 10% first order discount which made it cheaper to buy than anywhere else.

Ordered a trike for Grandsons 3rd birthday and website easy to use and goods delivered within 2 days. Great service. Great looking trike, I’m sure he’s going to love it.

It arrived on time. Building wasnt too bad. Battery just needs to last bit longer. My son 9 and tall for age. He still fits in it

Item went missing twice between evri and xootz , not sure who is too blame between the pair of them, still waiting on a promised refund , item originally ordered on the 15th of December

Ordered car as a gift for Christmas Day. Unfortunately, the car does not work after following all instructions and is faulty. Turns on and then turns off again. Raised a support case a number of days ago and no response from customer service. Appreciate it is a busy time, however called today and was asked to take a picture of me plugging in the car and wait for 7 hours and then take another picture. I was then advised it would take another 5-7 days to investigate the issue. I informed the customer service representative that I did not think the photos/videos I was being asked to upload would help them investigate the problem, however was told that is the process. I am now awaiting an escalation from another team, however still have no communication. A big disappointment for Christmas Day.

Faulty go kart delivered. Sent photos and videos. Agent confirmed it was faulty and will send replacement parts (Saturday), today I am told there are no replacement parts and I have to send it back to be inspected - earliest collection Thursday - and they will not refund. So faulty item, my 7 year old has no Christmas present a week later and they won’t refund so I can buy a replacement elsewhere.
