Pedal to the metal
Daughter loved her 2nd drive and will be back. Ardingly is a great place to do this as it has a road network that is easy to follow. Plenty of t junctions etc.

Fantastic driving experience for our daughter
Fantastic driving experience for our daughter who had never been in the driving seat before. Highly recommend the hour session and to have the recording as something to keep. Wonderful instructor Raj. Our daughter learnt so much and built her confidence. She is asking to go again for another lesson!!! Think it is such a amazing opportunity and to have some knowledge before she gets to 17 and starts learning on the roads. Thank you.

My grandson enjoyed his first lesson ❤️
My grandson 16 first lesson was most enjoyable. The whole process was very easy from start to finish.
Also he received a small book for future lessons to keep a record.
The driving instructor was very personable, relaxed giving a first time experience very pleasurable.
I would highly recommend -

Good experience
We like the Young Driver Experience so my boys can slowly and surely learn to drive carefully and cautiously but with confidence without getting overwhelmed. Will make learning to drive on public roads much more easier when 18.

South cerney venue review + staff feedback
I went to the south cerney venue; I had an hour session driving with Ali. It was an excellent experience; I was allowed to drive at my own pace and became comfortable behind the wheel. Must try if you want your children to develop skills behind the wheel! Five stars to both Ali and the experience as a whole.

My daughter enjoyed the driving but we wanted a recording of the experience. When we got home we realised that they hadn’t recorded the driving experience as the device it was recorded on was empty. We were very disappointed

This is the second time I've used this…
This is the second time I've used this company and I wouldn't use them again because every single time you book an event it gets cancelled however the event is still running but only cancelled for my daughter I would never use this company they were lucky to get one star because it wouldn't allow me to put zero stars never uses company I believe they're here just to try and take money off customers they don't answer the phone avoid discompany like the plague

I would like to reply to the response where you said that the was one instructor that was taken ill. That is incorrect. When I spoke to the gentleman who is actually providing the day he explained it was four people look off. He also advised me that the day was still carrying on With limited number of lessons.
When I then found and complained and spoke to a lady on Saturday afternoon, I said that it had been cancelled. She didn't turn ann and said, would you like to me to see if I can get you booked in today, which then begs the question why I couldn't have done the actual lesson when it was booked in.
I was also advised by the lady on the phone that you have a system in place that is designed to try and stop the same person being cancelled twice.However, I was cancelled twice and the lady on the phone said that shouldn't happen now.I'm going to do a subject request form.Request a copy of the calls.And then we've been speak again.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies that the lesson scheduled for Saturday had to be postponed. Unfortunately, this was due to one of our instructors being taken ill on the day. Despite our team’s best efforts, we were unable to secure a replacement at such short notice. We are pleased to confirm that the instructor has since received treatment and is expected to make a full recovery. We hope you can appreciate that this situation was unforeseen and beyond our control.
For clarity, we would also like to confirm that your initial booking was postponed due to Silverlake Stadium being unable to accommodate the scheduled date. At that time, we contacted you, via email, to apologise and explain the situation, and we provided a rebook code, which you used to successfully attend a lesson on 22nd June 2025. Following that session, you made an additional booking for the lesson scheduled for Saturday. It would, therefore, suggest that you were happy with the previous experience.
Having reviewed our call logs, we can confirm that we received two calls from the contact numbers registered on your account. One call lasted approximately 8 seconds before you disconnected the call, and the second took place on 16th May 2025, during which you spoke with a member of our team for approximately 4 minutes.
We are naturally disappointed that you have chosen to leave a negative review in these circumstances. However, if there is anything further we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
