Cheap and nasty
Cheap, but that shows when trying to claim for anything. Goes to ridiculous lengths to avoid paying out for something. Acts as a front for contractors to try and sell private services and incentivises them to do so. Pay a bit more for a more reputable level of service.

YOUR REPAIR poor service no customer care
I signed up with this company for my rental properties. I am disappointed at the service they have provided
1. They have no team leaders managers to take customer complaints.
2. They allocate jobs to engineers out of area that we have experience lack technical knowledge when they come out to undertake urgent repairs costing our time and additional expenses that could have been avoided
3. Last year I noticed the gas safety certificates that were issued for my properties were incorrectly completed by the engineer that were not valid if I presented them in court if I was to go through an eviction
4. They have no process in place to follow up jobs allocated to gas engineers furthermore inspections are being missed leaving a landlord potentially non-compliant and open to liability not to mention the vulnerable tenants if there was gas explosion at the property.

This is the first time we have used your services. You sent an engineer out to us who was helpful but, after checking with Your Repair, gave us the bad news that what we needed to be done was not covered by our current contract. As we have already paid a significant amount to Your Repair, we are extremely disappointed.
